【摘要】 培养和谐的个性是新时期我国学校教育的根本目的，也是德育的重要使命。本文以知识经济时代呼唤人的个性和谐发展为切入点，探讨了德育在人的个性发展中的作用，论述了新时期学校德育应当着重培养人的独立自主性和创造性，讨论分析了在过去一段时期内学校德育对学生个性发展重视不够的表现及其原因，提出了当前德育改革的设想，以便充分发挥德育促进学生个性健康发展的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cultivating student’s harmonious individuality is our education’s essential goal, and the important mission of moral education in new era. The article begins with the assertion that the knowledge-economy era calls for the harmonious development of individuality. Then it probes into the role that moral education plays in the development of individuality and discusses our current moral education is aimed at cultivating student’s independence and creativity. The article also analyses the phenomena and reasons that our moral education didn’t pay enough attention to the development of student’s individuality in the long past. In the end, it puts forward the reformation ideas, in order that our moral education will give full pay to the healthy development of student’s individuality.更多还原
