基于专家系统和特征参数化的压力容器壳体CAD

【摘要】 大型石化压力容器包括反应容器、分离容器等四个种类,是石化产业规模大型化的产物。大型石化压力容器的设计是一项比较复杂的机械产品设计工作,保证设计质量、缩短设计周期和提高设计效率,对其具有重要的意义。 本文以大型石化压力容器为产品对象,运用先进的设计方法,为中国第一重型机械集团公司大连设计院开发出了一套基于专家系统的压力容器壳体CAD应用软件。软件具有二维参数化设计与绘图以及快速三维自动造型功能。 软件开发运用了软件工程的思想,采用了基于生命周期法的开发模型,面向对象的分析设计技术以及DAO数据库开发技术。软件的设计和绘图平台为AutoCAD 2000,开发环境为结合ObjectARX 2000 SDK的Visual C++6.0。 压力容器壳体CAD系统由壳体设计专家系统、参数化绘图部分和数据库管理系统组成,可以分为初始化、零件设计、部件装配、工具和实体造型等五个模块。 软件在二维设计的基础上,开发了壳体三维实体自动造型功能,实现了产品模型二维向三维的转换和CAD与CAE软件间实体模型的传递。

【Abstract】 Large petro-chemical pressure vessel, comprising four species including reactor and separator, is the outcome with the largening of scale in petro-chemical industry. The design of large petro-chemical pressure vessel is a complicated design work of mechanical production. So it is of much important sense to guarantee its design quality, shorten its design period, and improve its design efficiency.With petro-chemical pressure vessel as the design object, this article has used much advanced design methods, and developed a petro-chemical pressure vessel-CAD software for Dalian Design & Research Institute of China First Heavy Industries. This software mainly has two functions: two-dimensional parametrical design & drawing, and rapid three-dimensional automatic entity modeling.During the course of software development, this article has adopted life-cycle-based model, and synthetically applied DAO and object-oriented analysis & design methods. The design & drawing flat is AutoCAD 2000, and the development environment is Visual C++ 6.0 combined with ObjectARX 2000 SDK.The petro-chemical pressure vessel-CAD system is composed of expert system for shell design, parametrical drawing part, and database management system. It also could be divided into five modules: initialization, part design, parts assemblage, tool, and entity modeling.On the basis of two-dimensional design, a rapid three-dimensional automatic entity modeling function has been developed, which could transform the production model from two-dimension to three-dimension, and transfer the entity model from CAD software to CAE software.
