闭塞成形液压机本体CAD参数化设计研究

【摘要】 本文根据闭塞成形工艺的要求,在总结分析了以往液压机本体CAD设计方法的基础上,以UGⅡ为软件开发平台,应用现代先进的设计理论与方法,以实用商业化为目标,研究了一种全新的液压机设计方法——闭塞成形液压机本体CAD参数化设计方法。此方法实现了通过少数几个驱动参数的改变,即可快速完成闭塞成形液压机本体的设计,并真正实现了系列化的设计过程。 该方法的整个设计过程主要包含三部分,即方案选择比较、液压机本体CAD参数化设计及液压机本体的强度与刚度分析。本文中提供了多种本体设计方案,主要有预紧框架式结构、整体焊接式结构及缸动式结构。参数化设计过程以三维实体模型为基础,并应用三维设计软件特征、相关、表达式等技术完成了液压机本体CAD参数化设计及相关二维工程图的绘制与标注,实现了从草图设计到实体模型再到二维工程图的全相关设计。 本文应用UGⅡ软件的二次开发工具(USER TOOLS)及二次开发语言(GRIP语言),开发了用户设计菜单及相应的参数交互界面,方便了设计过程,使操作更加快捷,提高了设计效率。 另外,本文首次建立了包括框架、工作缸等主要零部件在内的整体接触三维有限元分析模型,并应用ANSYS软件进行了整体结构刚度、强度的分析,获得了不同柱塞垫板刚度、不同框架立板布置及中心与偏心载荷工况下,框架整体强度、刚度的有限元分析结果,实现了以更为合理的分析模型来对该种设计结构的整体性能反应进行预测,其结果对这类闭塞成形液压机本体的设计具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 According to the requirement of the Obturated Deformation and based on analyzing CAD designing method of hydraulic press before, a new designing method aiming at practical comercialization, CAD parametric designing method of Obturated Extrusion hydraulic press, has been developed on the platform of UGII software. The design of hydraulic press can be finished quickly through modifying a few driving-parameters. This can really realize series of designs.The whole designing procedure includes three partitions, projects comparing> CAD parametric design of hydraulic press and strength analyzing of hydraulic press. Lots of designing projects has been afforded such as advanced-tight structure of framing^ whole-welding structure and moved-cylinder structure. Parametric designing procedure can finish CAD parametric design of hydraulic press and engineering drawings of two dimensions based on solid models and the technologies of feature associated and expression of three dimensioned software, and then realize associated design from sketched-design to solid modeling and to engineering drawing of two dimensions.Applying USER TOOLS and GRIP of UGII software, user’s designing menu and interactive interface of parameters have been developed which can convenient designing procedure and advance designed efficiency.Another, 3D finite element modeling include frame and cylinder has been builded firstly in this article. Then strength and stiffness have been analysed using ANSYS software. The finite element results of whole frame have been gained with different strength, different distribution of block, central and eccentric loads. The results can conduct the factual manufacturing.
