基于有限元磁场计算的钕铁硼永磁同步电动机的遗传优化设计

【摘要】 本文对一新型结构的电机—转子磁极外贴式永磁同步电动机进行优化设计。用磁场有限元计算取代传统的磁路法设计电机使参数精确度更高,用遗传算法(结合复合型法)对该类电机进行了优化既考虑到寻优的全局性又兼顾其快速性。用MATLAB语言自行编制的程序运行结果表明:此类电机较异步电动机性能有很大改善;在保证满足性能指标要求的前提下,优化可使永磁体用量显著减少,即可得到性能价格比较高的永磁同步电机。

【Abstract】 The optimization design of a late-model machine-surface permanent-magnet synchronous motor has been accomplishmented . Magnetic Finite element method in place of magnetic circuit method can make the machine parameter more precise. Genetic algorithm combined with complex method was used to get global optimum solutions. The program result With the portable MATLAB computer language indicated that this kind of machine have more high performance than asynchronous motor and the magnet use level decreased clearly on the condition of meeting the performance specification after optimization, that is to say , high cost performance can be got.
