集散控制系统组态软件的设计与实现

【摘要】 以PC机为基础的集散控制系统,配以成熟的工控组态软件,是目前控制领域发展的一个重要方向。本文就利用Visual C++语言支持的面向对象的程序设计方法OOP,在WINDOWS环境下对基于微机的集散控制系统的软件组态问题进行了研究,介绍了组态软件设计的一些关键环节,做了具体编程设计工作,实现了可用于集散控制系统上位机的组态软件。它可以组态控制回路及其算法;编辑任意流程画面,并实现动态显示;还可以进行趋势组态和报警组态。组态后生成的文件可以下装到集散控制系统的现场控制站。

【Abstract】 The PC-based Distributed Control System, attached with mature Configuration Sofaware in industrial control is a important developing direction in the control field.The paper studies the software configuration in microcomputer-based Distributed Control System by means of the Object Oriented Porgramming method supported upon the Visual C++ for windows and illustrates the key technology used in Configuration Software. It finished the concrete programming design and research so that the software could be used in Upper Layer Computer of the DCS. This software can configuration control circuit, control algorithm, and any process chart can be edited by it and shown on it dynamically. Furthermore it can fulfill trend and alarm configuration. The file generated after configuration can be sent down to the DCS control station.
