典型家用电器电磁兼容共性技术问题研究

【摘要】 电磁兼容(EMC)是以电磁场理论为基础,包括信息、电工、电子、通讯、材料、结构等多学科交叉的,研究在有限空间、时间和频谱资源条件下各种电器、电子设备或系统在同一电磁环境中相互兼容,而不致引起其性能下降的应用科学技术。国际上对电磁兼容的研究十分重视,一些工业发达国家和地区将电磁兼容纳入到国家法制管理和环境保护的范围。电磁兼容在经济上形成了贸易技术壁垒。 课题根据目前我国机电产品出口占产品出口额的比重越来越大,而其中约有一半左右是家电类产品,由于EMC已经成为国际贸易中一项重要的技术指标,许多家用电器产品生产企业迫切要求帮助他们解决EMC问题,因此研究“典型家用电器产品”的电磁兼容性(EMC)共性技术问题,并形成一个指导性和可操作性较强的专家系统,对开展EMC理论研究,提高我国家用电器产品EMC水平,增强国际竞争力,促进家用电器产品出口有着重大意义。 此外本文结合了某典型的带有微处理器的家用电器产品—变频空调器,研究带有微处理器控制的典型家用电器产品的电磁兼容共性技术,特别是提高产品的抗干扰能力的理论和采取的对策技术。通过理论分析和试验测试,掌握一定数量的测试数据和理论知识,形成专家经验知识,为建立“典型的带微处理器的家用电器产品”的专家系统提供了专家经验知识,用专家系统的方法去研究电磁兼容问题,为带有微处理器的家用电器产品设计阶段的电磁兼容做出设计指导,并指导生产厂家的电磁兼容设计、生产和认证。

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is a cross-disciplinary science based on electromagnetism and drawing upon areas such as information science, electrical engineering, electronics, communications, materials and structures, etc. It is also an applied technology, which is used to study, under the conditions of limited space, limited time and limited frequency resources the compatibility of electrical and electronic devices and systems within the common electromagnetic environment without a degradation of performance. The international society has been paying quite a lot of attention to the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and EMC have been regulated under the legal requirements and included in the environment protection framework in the industrialized countries and regions, and forming Technical Barriers to Trade.With the increasing number of electromechanical products exporting to many other countries in China, home appliances are the most importance exports of China, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) becoming one of the chief technology guideline of international trade. Many home appliances manufacturers press for helping them solve EMC problems. In this regard, studying on Electromagnetic Compatibility Commonness Problems of Typical Home Appliances and building an expert system which guides users to study on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and improve the quality of electrical and electronic products and surpass the world’s advance levels. It creates favorable conditions for exports of home appliances.In addition, this paper brings forward some common technological problems of EMC about typical home appliances according to EMC test of a frequency conversion air-condition, and gives some countermeasures to anti-interfere about typical home appliances.
