计算机控制激光二维复杂图形扫描加工

【摘要】 在科学技术迅猛发展的今天,人们对各种产品的要求越来越高,从而促使产品的更新换代的速度也越来越快。在许多生产加工领域,激光作为一种特殊的能源和工具,能实现以往难以实现的目标。在激光诸多的应用中,很多情况下都要用到激光扫描,比如加工、标刻、测量、军事等领域。由于激光的高方向性,高单色性,高相干性等优点,使激光的应用得到了广泛的发展。 本文从介绍利用激光作为扫描能源,进而实现加工、打标等功能处入手,逐渐深入的阐述了在本扫描系统中所用到的步进电机原理及控制、扫描接口的原理、以及相关电子线路等。 在本文中详细介绍了扫描系统的实现。首先将目标图形编译成扫描程序,然后通过计算机与扫描系统的接口将相应的控制信号输出。在外部电子线路的支持下,步进电机按照该程序的控制要求实现扫描。研究实现了几种基本几何图形的扫描程序,并在此基础上,进行组合,实现了复杂图形的扫描。 本扫描系统可以应用到加工、打标、测量、军事雷达、制造、地球勘探等行业,具有广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Today is the day of the development of science and technology ?people may have so many requirements that accelerate the refreshment of products .In many fields of manufacture and machining ,and as a special power , laser can produce the products that people could not dreamed .In the application of laser .scanning is widely applied just like lettering .measure , military and so on .Because of the special characters 梕xcellent direction .exclusive color and intense correlation .laser is applied more and more.This article begins from the introduction of scanning-laser and it’s characters .then expounds gradually and in-depth the stepping-motor and Ipt of computer .And the next is the realization of all above.In the fourth chapter ,it is emphasized that the realization of two dimensions laser-scanning system .First, program is programming .then the signal of relevant control is export from computer to the stepping-motor .And the stepping-motor can running according to these control signals .so the system is completed successfully .This laser-scanning system can be applied in lettering .measure .military .manufacture and machining .earth-reconnoitering and so on .It may be used widely.
