基于Web的工作流管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 工作流技术是实现企业业务过程建模、业务过程仿真分析、业务过程优化、业务过程管理与集成,从而最终实现业务过程的自动化的核心技术。对企业利用工作流方法进行业务过程的建模和深入分析不仅可以规范化企业的业务流程,发现业务流程中不合理的环节,对企业的业务过程进行优化重组,而且所建立的业务过程模型本身就是企业非常重要的知识库和规则库,可以指导企业实施计算机管理信息系统。在深入分析企业需求基础上建立的企业业务模型可以在最大程度上提高企业实施ERP或者其它管理信息系统的成功率。所以,大力发展并推广工作流技术对于促进我国企业管理规范化和信息化有重要的现实意义。 本文采用面向对象的分析方法,分析研究了在Internet/Intranet环境下工作流管理系统的运行机制,提出了用11个关键对象对工作流管理系统进行描述的方法,并且用实例加以了验证。 由于采用了多工作流引擎的机制,采用分布式的体系结构,所以本文所描述的工作流管理系统模型适应了当前大部分企业发展的需要。特别是在网络技术高度发展的今天,这种基于Internet/Intranet的分布式的工作流管理系统对企业更是具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Workflow Technology, which can realize BPR (Business Process Re-engineering), business process simulation analyzing, business process optimizing, and business process management and integration, is ultimately the core technology of business process automation. Using Workflow method to model and analyze business process can standardize the business process in an enterprise and help to find out the unreasonable parts in the business process, furthermore, the new business process based on the model is a kind very important technology resource, which can help enterprise to implement the model of computer management information system. The business model of an enterprise, which is based on a clear analysis, can make it much more possible to implement ERP or other kinds of MIS. Workflow Technology is very significant for enterprises to promote management level, and to normalize and improve information automation.Object-Oriented Technology is presented in this paper to analyze WfMS under the environment of WWW, and 11 object classes are put forward to describe WfMS, which is tested by a sample.By using the method of multi-engine and the distributed structure, the WfMS model designed in this paper is adaptive to most requirement of enterprises. Especially with the rapid development of network technology, this kind of model based on the Internet/Intranet and distributed structure will play an very important role in enterprise.
