CIMS环境下集成质量系统的研究

【摘要】 集成质量系统(IQS)是现代先进制造技术、现代先进质量管理思想、信息处理技术和企业质量保证体系的有机结合。在计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)环境中,它把质量系统内部相互分离的单元质量保证技术通过计算机网络有机地结合起来,及时采集处理与质量有关的信息,使质量活动协调进行,提高质量系统对多变的质量需求及制造环境的适应能力,是CIMS不可缺少的重要组成部分,对制造企业赢得市场竞争具有至关重要的作用。本文首先对制造企业的质量信息流进行了分析,探讨了在CIMS环境下集成质量系统的实现形式,提出了集成质量系统的体系模型,然后分析比较了影响IQS系统设计开发的关键因素和系统开发的主要方法,进而提出了面向用户的信息系统的构造方法和软件开发模式。此外,论文还研究了基于CE的集成质量保证的关键技术及其集成方法,指出集成质量保证技术的集成是提高产品质量的关键。最后,探索了灰色系统理论在集成质量控制方面的可行性。

【Abstract】 Integrated Quality System (IQS) is organically incorporated by modern advanced manufacturing technology, quality management concepts, information technology and quality system of enterprise. In CIMS environment, using computer network IQS can organically incorporate separated quality assurance technologies and timely gather, process quality data of quality system to achieve quality management successfully implementation. It increase the adaptive capacity to varied quality need and manufacturing environment, so it is a indispensable part of CIMS and is essential to acquire competing advantages for manufacturing enterprises. In this article, quality information flow inner enterprise was thoroughly studied at the beginning, then realization form and system model of IQS under the CIMS environment were introduced. With the comparison and analyses of key factors and main methods that have effect on designing IQS, the user oriented information system building method and software developing mode was then presented. In addition, the paper still studied key technologies of integrated quality assurance and its integrated methodologies in CE environment, suggested that the key to improvement and assurance of quality is the integration of quality assurance technologies. At the end, the paper investigated the feasibility of using gray system theories in integrated quality control.
