【摘要】 本文介绍了由天津科维生化发展有限公司提供的五种不同类型吸附剂中，筛选出二种吸附剂对内毒素具有较好吸附作用，其中一种吸附剂经改变其功能基含量，发现3-2~#吸附剂吸附功能更好。为此，我们详细讨论了不同吸附时间、温度、内毒素溶液浓度及吸附剂用量等条件对3-2~#吸附剂(以下简称EA-2吸附剂)吸附性能的影响。结果表明：EA-2吸附剂对内毒素的吸附率可达88.57％，吸附量为2.792EU/g。更多还原

【Abstract】 From five different Adsorbents provided by Tianjin KeWei Biochemical developmental Limited Company, We selected two Adsorbents that had better adsorption of Endotoxin. Changing its function base of one of the two Adsorbents, we found the 3-2# adsorbent (we called Endotoxin Adsorbent-2, EA-2) had the best adsorption of Endotoxin. Therefore, we studied the effects of EA-2 detailed under different time, different temperature, different concentration of Endotoxin and different weigh of Adsorbent. Conclusion: the adsorption rate can reach 88.57% and the adsorption weigh was 2.792EU/g.更多还原
