沙芥营养生长时期生育规律的研究

A Study on Growth Pattern of Pugionium Cornutum(L.) Gaertn in Vegetative Growth Phase

【摘要】 本试验以伊盟野生沙芥种子为试验材料,对种子根尖染色体进行了观测,对沙芥营养生长期及叶片和根系的生长发育规律进行了深入研究。结果表明:沙芥染色体数2n=2x=20。沙芥营养生长全生育期为130±4天。沙芥的营养生长时期可划分为发芽期、幼苗期、叶片旺盛生长期和叶片生长衰退期四个时期,各时期经历的天数依次为:发芽期18~20天,幼苗期18~20天,叶片旺盛生长期50~52天,叶片生长衰退期为40~42天。同时,对种子吸水与发芽的关系进行了研究,对种子发芽的适宜温度及春化特性进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The chromosome number,the pattern of vegetative growth and the regularity of growth and development of leaf and root system about uncultivated Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn from Yimeng,Inner Mongolia were studied.The results are showed below, the chromosome number of Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn is 2n=2x=20. The total vegetative growth phase of Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaertn is successively divided into four stages: germination stage, seedling stage, exuberant growth stage of leaves and recessive growth stage of leaves, and the days of each stage respectively go through 18~20d, 18~20d, 50~52d, 40~42d. Meanwhile, the impact on seed germination caused by water absorption of seeds was studied. The optimum temperature for seed germination and the characteristics of vernalization were explored.
