9GSCC—1.4型水草收割机参数优化设计

【摘要】 本文根据9GSCC-1.4型水草收割机的工作原理及其主要结构尺寸,针对收割机的工作条件和工作对象的特性,应用流体力学理论分析计算船体及切割捡拾架的工作阻力,并用逐点张力法计算输送链的牵引力,得出整机消耗功率与机组工作速度Vm、输送链线速度Vs及切割架入水角α之间的关系式。通过实验分析,建立了以整机消耗功率为目标的数学模型,对Vm、Vs及α进行了优化设计,当切割架入水角在40o~50o时,机组工作速度在0.45~0.6m/s时,输送链线速度在0.60~0.99m/s时,整机的技术经济指标达到较高水平。这一结论对水草收割机的设计具有重要的参考价值,为水生植物收获机械设计模型的建立奠定了基础,解决了水生植物收获机械设计学中的一个重要的理论问题。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the working condition and object of the 9GSCC-1.4 sunken-plantharvesting equipment,resistances of ship body and cutting fram were analyzedby means of theory of hydromechanics and traction force of the chain-type convegor were done also by means ofcalculation of tension.Power equation of the equipment, which relates to the implement’s forward speed Vm ,chain-type convegor’s linear velocity Vs and cutting frame’s angle of dipα,was attained.This paper established a mathematical model for power consumption as objective function,based on thefundamental,structural dimensionof the equipment. By experimental analyzing the optimal rangers of Vm(0.45~0.60m/s),Vs(0.60~0.99m/s) andα(40°~50°) were determined for the harvesting equipment.Technical economic indexof comp up to higherlevel.This essay not only is regarded as an important referential valuefor design of sunken-plant harvesting equipment,but also establishes a theoretical foundation for design subject of sunken-plant harvestingequipment.
