影响沙柳石膏刨花板性能主要因素的研究

【摘要】 通过沙柳材水抽提物对石膏水化的影响,板材密度、原料配比对板材性能的影响及刨花形态对板材性能的影响三个试验对影响沙柳石膏刨花板性能主要因素进行了研究,结果表明:沙柳材水抽提物是石膏水化较强的缓凝剂,初、终凝时间均随着刨花数量的增加而延长,且对终凝的延迟比对初凝的延迟更显著。柠檬酸钠与NaCl都是较好的石膏水化稳定剂,在木膏比一定的情况下,初凝时间与NaCl的加入量无线性相关关系,而与柠檬酸钠的加入量呈线性相关关系。其回归方程为:木膏比为0.15时,Y=58.6+900X木膏比为0.20时,Y=63.2+900X木膏比为0.25时,Y=68.8+900X生产沙柳石膏刨花板宜采用“缓凝工艺”,其最佳工艺条件为:ρ=1.30g/cm3H/G=0.15W/G=0.30采用此工艺生产的沙柳石膏刨花板,其产品性能达到了国内外木材石膏刨花板的性能指标。板材密度、木膏比、水膏比是影响沙柳石膏刨花板性能的主要因素。密度增加,强度显著地提高。木膏比、水膏比与静曲强度呈抛物线关系。对沙柳刨花的制备工艺采用本试验中的方案二更适合于生产石膏刨花板,即:方案二: 沙柳原料 削片机 双鼓轮刨片机 风选除皮器 锤式再碎机 风选除皮器 三层摆筛 合格 筛环式打磨机 不合格

【Abstract】 The main factors which have great effect on the character of salix and gypsum particle board were analyzed through three experiments which were directed respectively at the influence of the extractive of salix in water on the hydrating of gypsum, the influence of the density of the board and the proportion the material on the character ,and of the influence of the size of the board on the character of the board. The extractive of salix in water is a kind of strong retarder in the process of the hydrating of gypsum. With the increasing in the mount of the partied, the time of beginning and ending of gypsum congealing delayed. Furthermore, the extractive has more significant influence on the postponing of final congealing than on the beginning congealing. Both sodium-citrate and NaCl are desirable stabilizer to the hydrating of gypsum. Given that the proportion of wood to gypsum is fixed, the time on which gypsum first congeals and the amount of NaCl added present a linear relationship. Nevertheless, there isn’t linear relationship between the amount of sodium-citrate added and the time on which gypsum first congeals. The regressing equations are listed as followings: Y=58.6+900X (wood/gypsum ratio:0.15) Y=63.2+900X (wood/gypsum ratio:0.20) Y=68.8+900X (wood/gypsum ratio:0.25) It is suitable to adopt the "postponing-congealing technique". The optimal arts and crafts condition are:ρ=1.30g/cm3<WP=4>H/G=0.15W/G=0.30 Using this kind of technology, the character of the product, salix and gypsum particleboard can reach the level of the same kind of product abroad. The density of board, the proportion of wood to gypsum and the proportion of water to gypsum are the main factors, influencing the character of salix and gypsum particleboard greatly. With the increasing of the density, the intensity of the product rises significantly. There are parabola relationships between the ratio of wood to gypsum and forniciform intensity and between ratio of water to gypsum and fornicform intensity. The second scheme mentioned in the paper is more fit to produce the particleboard of salix and gypsum.
