化油器式在用车的排放控制及尾气分析专家系统研究

【摘要】 本文论述了化油器式在用车尾气排放控制,及各种用于化油器式在用车尾气治理的净化装置,着重分析和研究了用于控制化油器式在用车尾气排放的电控补气系统的工作原理、组成结构。通过发动机台架实验,分析改造后存在的一些问题,从而对电控补气系统进行了全面评价。在此基础上提出执行I/M制度,强调对在用车的检测和维修来达到控制排放的目的。并针对影响汽车排放的故障的特点,通过废气排放成分分析的诊断思路及方法,对构建尾气分析专家系统进行了研究。利用Visual Basic 6.0进行编程,设计了尾气分析专家系统基本模块,并研究、构造和训练神经网络诊断模型,尾气分析专家系统旨在让用户可通过人机对话找出影响排放的故障原因,为执行I╱M制度,提供有效的手段。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the meaning and the approach of the controlling exhaust gas emission of present-used carburetor type engine vehicles. The working principle and structure of the closed loop and electronic-controlled air supplementary system are placed emphasis on analysis and research, and the result of the engine bench test shows the fault of the air supplementary system. Accordingly, the closed loop and electronic-controlled air supplementary system are roundly estimated. This paper puts forward executing I/M system, and emphasizes checking and maintaining of present-used vehicles. Be aimed at the characteristic of the fault influencing to exhaust, building the fault diagnosis expert system through idea and method of the analyzing exhaust gas emission component is researched. Through the program edited by Visual Basic 6.0, the module of expert system is designed and the neural network model of fault diagnosis is researched, built and trained. Expert system can make users find out the fault’ of influencing emission by man-machine conversation, so provide available measure for executing I/M system.
