【摘要】 本文从城市人居环境相关理论出发，分别从“环境”、“人居环境”和“城市”三个方面阐述城市人居环境的概念、明确其主要研究范围，从不同研究角度讨论城市人居环境的主要影响因素，并在参考国内外大量研究成果基础上，制定大连城市居住区人居环境评价指标体系；通过归纳整理大连城市居民问卷调查表，运用统计映射法和模糊综合评判等方法，对现阶段大连城市居住区人居环境进行综合评价和居民个体差异评价；基于居民家庭月收入差异和居住空间分异的关系，绘制大连城市居住区空间分异图，并提出了大连城市人居环境建设进一步发展的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the circumstances, the human settlements and the city, the article explicates the concept of the urban human settlements; It defines the study scope of the urban human settlements and from different study angles, it discusses the important influential factors of the urban human settlements and sets up the evaluation system of the human settlements; Through arranging the data of the survey of the urban residence and applying mathematical techniques, the weight of factors and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and etc, it makes the evaluation of the urban human settlements in DaLian and according to the residents monthly income, it draws the map of residential spatial distribution in DaLian; It makes the conclusions and gives some advice.更多还原
