全自动生化分析仪用分光光度计的研究

【摘要】 全自动生化分析仪是典型的光、机、电、算结合的精密仪器,涉及的学科门类多、技术复杂,其中的分光光度计是该仪器的核心部分之一,它的优劣直接影响仪器的精度指标。本论文结合国家九五攻关“全自动生化分析仪的研制与开发”项目,研制了一种用于全自动生化分析仪的紫外一可见分光光度计。 分光光度计采用全息凹面平象场光栅为分光元件、以硅光电二极管阵列为探测器。光度测试采用后分光技术,从光源辐射的复合光先经样品溶液吸收后再由全息凹面平象场光栅分光,光电二极管阵列同时接收12路光谱信号,多个光谱信号同时检测,实现快速测量。 论文主要分为三个部分:分光光度计的基本构成、全息凹面平象场光栅的波相差理论和全自动生化分析仪用分光光度计的设计。 在分光光度计的基本构成部分,首先介绍了化学物质浓度定量、定性分析的原理——比尔定律,然后对分光光度计的分类、结构以及各部分作了较详细的阐述,最后给出了分光光度计的性能指标以及指标检测的方法。在第二部分中论述了基于波相差理论的全息凹面平象场光栅的设计过程。第三部分介绍了用于全自动生化分析仪分光光度的设计,通过实验,表明本文研制的分光光度计满足全自动生化分析仪的要求,可以用于生化试验。

【Abstract】 Full-Auto-Bioanalyzer is a kind of typical Fine Instruments with Optic-Mechanic-Electric. The spectrophotometer is a crucial component. It’s performance will affect the performance of entire system. An ultraviolet-visual spectrophotometer for Full-Auto-Bioanalyzer supported by "9. 5 Project" was reported in this paper .The spectrophotometer for bioanalyzer was designed with concave holographic aberration-reduced grating as spectroscope and photoelectron diode array as detector. Composite light, emitted by light source, is absorbed by sample resolution firstly, then illuminate to the surface of concave holographic aberration-reduced grating. Photoelectron diode array received 12 beams of light signal at the same time . This technology belongs to the technology of back-dividing-light that can realize fast measurement.This paper was divided into three sections: the basic composition of spectrophotometer, the theory of spectrophotometer, the designing of spectrophotometer for Full-Auto-Bioanalyzer.In the first section, Beer Law, which spectrophotometer analyzing chemic substance quantitatively and qualitatively depends on, was discussed firstly. Then the classification, structure, the every component of spectrophotometer was discussed . At last, the characteristic parameter of spectrophotometer and it’s test method is discussed. The designing process of concave holographic aberration-reduced grating through the theory of aberration was introduced in the second section . The spectrophotometer system for Full-Auto-Bioanalyzer is dicussed in the third section . The examination results proved that the spectrophotometer designed in this paper meet the need of Full-Auto-Bioanalyzer , and can be used for bio-examination .
