快堆组件套管及燃料棒测量系统设计

【摘要】 快堆组件套管及燃料棒测量系统是针对核电站的反应堆中主要燃料部件组件套管和燃料棒的定期检验而设计的,其目的是评价燃料棒和组件套管的堆内性能,提供关于燃料完整性的有价值的信息。 本论文详细介绍了快堆组件套管及燃料棒测量系统中的电控部分和测量控制软件部分的设计及实现方法。 第一章介绍了核燃料发展现状和对核燃料器件进行检测的意义,以及快堆组件套管及燃料棒测量系统的发展现状和采用计算机控制测量系统的意义。 第二章介绍了快堆组件套管及燃料棒测量控制系统总体设计需求,以及机械设备的概况。 第三章介绍了快堆组件套管及燃料棒测量电控系统的硬件设计。 第四章详细介绍了软件设计方案和实现方法。从需求分析、操作界面的制定和后台数据的组织到误差分析处理等几个方面进行了深入的论述和分析。 论文最后总结了测试结果和本系统的重要特点,并对本系统的发展方向提出见解。

【Abstract】 A measuring system for fast neutron reactors sleeves and fuel pins is designed to regularly examine the main core fuel assembly sleeves and fuel pins in the reactors of a nuclear power station. It is aimed at the evaluation of the reactors performance of fuel pins and assembly and the provision of valuable information concerning the fuel integrity.This paper presents in detailed the design and fulfillment of the hardware and software of a measuring system for fast neutron reactors and fuel, and emphasis is placed on the design and fulfillment of the software.In chapter one the development of nuclear fuel and the significance of examining nuclear fuel assembly as well as the development of a measuring system for fast neutron reactors and fuel pins and the significance of controlling a measuring system by computer is recommended.In chapter Two the general design requirements for a measuring system for fast neutron reactors and fuel pins are presented and the brief introduction of mechanical equipment is also given. In chapter Three the hardware design of a measuring system for fast neutron reactors and fuel pins is involved.In chapter four the software design and fulfillment is elaborated ranging from the requirements analysis and laying down of operating interface background to the data organization . At the end of this paper the experiment result and the important characteristics of the system are summarized and the development tendency of the system is predicted.
