三坐标PCB数控钻铣床主从式控制系统的设计开发

【摘要】 本课题研究开发了一个三坐标印刷电路板数控钻铣床主从式控制系统,可使上位机能够可靠、畅通地将经过处理的控制指令和参数发送到下位机,保证下位机能够准确、及时的工作,同时,上位机收集下位机反馈的各种状态信号,进行诊断和处理。论文分析了上位机计算机接口卡的开发方案,并行打印机接口原理和选用它的原因,研究了打印机端口信号,决定了通信联络方式,设计出上位机通讯硬件电路,并研究了上位机编程问题。另外,还完成了下位机设计的重要内容:硬件电路设计及仿真、印刷电路板的制作、下位机软什的总体结构及部分功能模块设计。本课题取得了如下成果:增强了原机床软件的开放性;采用双CPU加快了计算速度;硬件模块化的结构提高了系统的可靠性,便于数控系统进一步的扩展及升级;编程系统的功能、图形功能、人机对话功能及自诊断功能、通信功能加强;此系统的开发为将来我校开发研制多机控制系统、加工中心和柔性制造系统等奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 This dissertation mainly introduces a host-slave system of a three coordinates printed circuit board numerical control drilling and milling machine. Control instructions and parameter have been delivered by the master computer to slave computer dependently and smoothly in order to guarantee the work that can be accurately and promptly done. Besides, the host computer collects various kinds of state signals that the slave computer feedbacks, then diagnoses and deals with them. The article analyzes the development schemes of the host computer interface card, the adapter principle of the printer and reasons of selecting it. Having studied signals of printer ports further, thus I determined the communication mode between the host computer and the slave computer, and designed communication circuit. The question of programming has been discussed. In addition, I have finished its important design of the single-chip computer: the design of hardware circuit, making PCB, the architecture of the slave computer and some function modules. There are some achievements of this subject: Strengthen the open of the software; Double CPUs have accelerated the computational speed; The module structure of hardware has improved systematic dependability, and it benefits further expansion and upgrading the NC system; Strengthen programming function, figure function, man-machine dialogue function, diagnosing and communication function; The developments of this system establish foundation for our school’s develops machine control system, machining center and flexible manufacturing system, etc further in the future.
