【摘要】 在传统工业发展未成熟前提下实施“信息化带动工业化”战略，关键是要处理好信息产业跨越发展与传统工业的协调。本文紧紧围绕这一主题展开论述。首先，界定信息产业跨越发展的内涵及其影响因素，为后面的分析奠定理论基础；其次，从理论上探讨信息产业跨越发展与传统工业的关联，其中包括它们在产出上的相互促进和在资本配置上的相互矛盾；再次，通过对比中美两国信息产业的发展情况，对信息产业跨越发展与传统工业的关联进行实证分析。最后，针对我国信息产业跨越发展和传统工业的矛盾，建议双方要协调发展，实现关键是要达成双方产业价值链的联接，并提出了一些相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the premise that the development of traditional industry has not been matured, it will be a key point to well handle the coordination of the leaping development of information industry and the traditional industry. This thesis evolves the discussion, which completely focuses on this subject. First, it defines the connotation of the leaping development of information industry and its interfering elements, and establishes a theoretical basis for the later analysis. Secondly, it inquires into the connection of the leaping development of information industry and the traditional industry. This inquiring includes their contradiction in terms of the mutual productive promotion and the capital allocation. Thirdly, it carries out a positive analysis on the connection of the leaping development of information industry and traditional industry by means of comparing China’s developing situation of the information industry with that of the United States. Finally, it suggests a coordinate development between each other aiming at the contradiction between the leaping development of our national information industry and traditional industry. The key point to fulfill this goal is to gain a connection of mutual industry value chains. This thesis also proposes some counter measures.更多还原
