两性絮凝剂性能及其在蔗汁提纯分离中的应用研究

【摘要】 混合汁的提纯分离是糖厂处理成本最高、技术难度较大的工序,也是制糖过程最关键的工序之一,它与后面的工序直接相关,并在绝大程度上决定了糖品的质量。如何提高澄清效果,提高成品糖的质量一直是制糖界研究的热点。根据中国糖厂的实际情况,采用高效的絮凝剂来提高澄清效果,是提高糖品质量有效、可行的方法。本课题根据两性聚丙烯酰胺的特性和絮凝机理以及其在水处理上的成功使用,研究其在混合汁提纯分离中应用的可能性。试验结果表明,用两性聚丙烯酰胺处理混合汁,不仅能达到提纯分离的目的,且能达到良好的脱色效果和除铁效果。故而认为它是一种适合干甘蔗糖厂提高成品糖质量絮凝剂。主要的研究内容有: 1、两性聚丙烯酰胺理化性质的研究。测定了两性聚丙烯酰胺阴、阳离子基团含量和等电点,除此之外,还研究了温度、剪切作用、PH值等因素对两性聚丙烯酰胺粘度的影响。 2、两性聚丙烯酰胺在蔗汁提纯分离中的应用研究。用两性聚丙烯酰胺处理混合汁,采用正交试验方案,考察了沉降速度、除浊率、脱色率以及纯度差等四个指标,对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,以确定两性聚丙烯酰胺处理混合汁的最佳工艺条件和温度、PH值以及絮凝剂用量对絮凝效果影响的显著性。 3、处理前后蔗汁中色素的变化。主要是通过研究处理前后蔗汁紫外光广四大学硕士学位论文 两性絮馒剂性能及其在推汁提纯分离中的应用研究谱的差异来分析蔗汁中色素,包括多酚类、有机酸、还原糖分解产物以及醛、酮类等其他显色物质在絮凝过程中变化的情况。4、聚丙烯酚胺对铁离子的络合作用。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法来测定处理前后蔗汁铁离子含量的变化,以研究两性聚丙烯酚胺对铁离子络合作用。

【Abstract】 Mixed juice separation and purification is the highest cost and more difficult process in cane sugar mill, it is vital for sugar manufacture and mostly decides the qua I ity of sugar products . It is the hottest thesis for sugar industry to improve the products quality by using high power flocculants .Mostly sugar industrial countries all over the world pay more attention to improve sugar products qua I ity by this way .Based on the unique properties and the flocculation mechanism of ampholytic polyelectrolyte and it’s successful usage in waste water treatment .This research stud i ed ampho I yt i c po I ye I ectro I yte ’ s d i spos i ng m i xed ju i ce , the experiment results show that ampholytic polyelectrolyte is not only has high power flocculant function, but also has good decolorization and iron removing functions, then conclude the marked factors which affect the flocculation function .The fol low was the main contents in this research paper. 1. studies on ampholytic polyelectrolyte ’s physics andchemistry properties , The main research included measuring the an ionic and cat ionic group content , isoelectric point and the effects of temperature and PH value as we 11 as shearing action on ampholytic polyelectrolyte viscosity.2. The research on ampholytic polyelectrolyte disposing mixed juice in sugar mi 11. Disposing the mixed juice by using ampholytic polyelectrolyte by orthogonal experiments, measured the deco I or i zat i on effect, turb i d i ty d i f f erence, pur i ty d i f f erence as well as settling velocity, then found out the best technological conditions requirements by range analysis and the marked factors of decolor!zation effect .turbidity difference and purity difference as well as settling velocity by variance analysis .3. The decolour!zation of ampholytic polyelectrolyte . Based on Ultraviolet spectrum of predisposing and disposed cane ju i ce , stud i ed the var i at i on of the co I or i ng matters , i nc I ud i ng phenolic matters, organic matter and reducing sugar decompounds .4. The compIexation reaction between and ampholytic polyelectrolyte . Studied on the compIexation reaction by measuring the iron content of predisposed and disposed cane juice by flame atom!zation spectrometric analysis.
