氮、镁、硼对甜玉米产量和品质的效应研究

【摘要】 本试验采用“311——A”最优混合设计进行田间小区试验,研究氮、镁、硼的不同配比对甜玉米鲜果穗产量及乳熟期籽粒可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量和蛋白质含量的影响效应。试验研究结果显示: (1)在供试条件下,适量施用氮、镁、硼肥能促进甜玉米生长发育、提高产量、改善品质。 (2)氮、镁、硼肥用量的不同配比对甜玉米鲜果穗产量、甜玉米籽粒可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量的效应有极显著差异。 (3)氮、镁、硼对甜玉米鲜果穗产量、甜玉米籽粒可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量的单效应和互作效应有复杂的影响。 (4)应用计算机对本试验结果进行模拟寻优。在供试条件下,甜玉米鲜果穗产量的最佳施肥方案为:纯氮18.00kg/亩、纯镁2.50kg/亩、硼砂0.75吨/亩,理论产量为641.53 kg/亩。甜玉米籽粒可溶性糖含量的最佳施肥方案为:纯氮3.00kg/亩、纯镁3.50kg/亩、硼砂1.00kg/亩,理论含量为16.24%。甜玉米籽粒淀粉含量的最佳施肥方案为:纯氮11.75kg/亩、纯镁1.25kg/亩、硼砂1.00kg/亩,理论含量为27.05%。甜玉米籽粒蛋白质含量的最佳施肥方案为:纯氮20.50kg/亩、纯镁2.00kg/亩、硼砂1.00kg/亩,理论含量为14.86%。 (5)最佳综合施肥方案:兼顾甜玉米鲜果穗产量、籽粒可溶性糖含量、籽粒淀粉含量、籽粒蛋白质含量四者均较高的施肥方案为:纯氮(N)13.3125kg/亩、纯镁(Mg)2.3125kg/亩、硼砂0.9375吨/亩。此方案可获得甜玉米鲜果穗产量614.70kg/亩,可溶性糖含量15.18%,淀粉含量26.75%,蛋白质含量14.31%。

【Abstract】 This field experiment was to study the effect of the application of N, Mg and B on the yield and qua I ity of sweet corn. The field exper iment used "311桝" optimum regression design. The main results were as follows:1. In the case of this experiment, the suitable application of N, Mg and B promoted the growth of sweet corn, and increased its yield and improved its qua I ity.2. The effects on fresh ear yield, soluble sugar, starch and protein content in sweet corn grain from the proportion of Nitrogen, Magnesium, Boron was very significantly.3. The single and bilateral effects on fresh ear yield, soluble sugar, starch and protein content in sweet corn grain from the proportion of Nitrogen, Magnesium, Boron was very complicat.4. By the calculation of computer, the best fertilization combination for maximum fresh ear yield of sweet corn was 18.00 kg N/667 m, 2.50 kg Mg/667 m and 0.75 kg B/667 m2, and theoretic yield was 641.53 kg/667m2. The best fertilization plan for maximum soluble sugar content of sweet corn was 3.00 kg N/667 m, 3.50 kg Mg/667 m2 and 1.00 kg B/667 m2, and theoretic soluble sugar content was 16. 24%. The best fertilization plan for maximum starch content of sweet corn was 11. 75 kg N/667 m, 1.25 kg Mg/667 m and 1.00 kg B/667 m, and theoretic starch content was 27.05%. The best ferti Iization plan for maximum protein content of sweet corn was 20.50 kg N/667 m2, 2.00 kg Mg/667 m2 and 1.00 kg B/667 m2, and theoretic protein content was 14.86%.5. The synthesis optimum fertilization combination was: 13.3125 kg N/667 m2, 2. 3125 kg Mg/667 m2 and 0. 9375 kg B/667 m2. The fresh ear yield was 614. 70 kg/667m2. The soluble sugar, starch and protein content was 15.18%, 26.75% and 14.31% respect ively.
