铁基低温机械合金化

THE CRYOMILLING OF IRON-BASED ALLOY

【摘要】 设计和改装了能在液氮温度下进行球磨的低温球磨机,用改装的低温球磨机对铁基合金中的FeAlx,(Fe0.94Ti0.06)Alx和(Fe0.94B0.06)Alx(x=1,3)进行了低温机械合金化研究。用X射线衍射仪对球磨后粉末的结构进行了分析,用DSC热分析仪对样品的热稳定性进行了分析,用扫描电子显微镜对样品的形貌进行了分析。我们发现高铝含量的Fe-Al系统在低温球磨中,铝在铁中的固溶更快;少量的钛代替铁对Fe-Al二元系的低温球磨并没有什么明显的影响;而少量的硼代替铁则可以加速铝在铁中的固溶。

【Abstract】 Cryomilling machine which can work in liquid nitrogen was designed and refitted. Cryomilling of FeAlx, (Fe0.94Ti0.o6)Alx and(Fe0.94B0.o6)Alx (x=l,3) have been performed in refitted highenergy plant ball mill for different milling time. We have studied the structure of alloy powders by X-ray diffraction. The morphology of some specimens were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. We have also studied the thermal stability of alloy powders by differential scanning calorimeter. We found that Al can dissolve fast in Cryomilling , a small quanitity of Ti-substitution for Fe in Fe-Al system has no effect for Cryomilling, but a snail mount of B-substitution for Fe in Fe-Al system can accelerate the dissolve of Al in Fe.
