产品数据管理在甘蔗收获机械可视化虚拟设计平台中的应用与研究

A RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PDM IN VISUAL VIRTUAL DESIGN PLATFORM FOR SUGACANE HARVESTER

【摘要】 产品数据管理(PDM)是一门用来管理所有与产品相关信息和与所有产品相关过程的技术,它正以其强大的功能成为当前企业推广应用的热门技术之一。本文结合国家自然科学基金项目——小型甘蔗收获机械可视化虚拟设计平台的研究,进行PDM平台的设计,并参考国内外有关文献及资料,对SmarTeam(PDM)系统在工程项目内的实施及开发技术进行研究。 本文首先阐述了有关PDM的基本原理和基本概念,分析了PDM的技术原理,并在此基础上对PDM系统的功能及实施目标进行了论述。随后,详细分析了PDM系统的实施方法,建立了一个实施开发PDM系统的信息模型,并对实施途径进行了论述,以提高虚拟设计平台的设计效率。此外,论文还对实施PDM的技术要点和实施障碍进行了分析。 本论文的研究工作紧密地结合了甘蔗收获机械可视化虚拟设计平台PDM的实施。通过对甘蔗收获机械可视化虚拟设计平台需求功能的分析、甘蔗收获机械设计文档管理模板的构建、甘蔗收获机械虚拟样机工作流程的定制,以及PDM与二维、三维CAD的集成以及CAE和甘蔗收获机械设计专家系统的接口功能分析,实现了甘蔗收获机械的设计文档和设计过程的管理,为甘蔗收获机械虚拟样机提供了一个高效的设计开发平台。

【Abstract】 Product Data Management (PDM) is a new industry technology to manage all product-related information and processes. Because of its powerful functions, it is becoming one of the most popular implemented industry technologies. With reference to many PDM-related papers, a research and implementation of PDM (SmarTeam) are studied in this paper; Combine with the project of Chinese Nature Sciences Fund in Visual Virtual Design Platform for Sugarcane Harvester.First the author describes PDM-related principles, classics basic concepts of PDM and analyzes technology method of PDM. Second, the author discusses functions and implementation object of PDM system. Then the author analyzes implementing method of PDM in details, building an implementing information model, in order to improve the efficiency of design for The Visual Virtual Design Platform. The author also analyzes key technologies and obstacles in implementation of PDM.The author participate the project visual virtual design platform and went through phase of project which mainly includes analysis of visual virtual design platform requirements for sugarcane harvester (included management of design document, the reality of workflow process in design), building system management models, workflow models and make some research in integrated for PDM with CAD in two or three dimensions and also with CAE and Expert System for virtual design of sugarcane harvester. Realized the management for sugarcane harvester in document and design, provided a height-efficiency development platform for the sugarcane harvester.
