龙滩水电站高碾压混凝土重力坝施工过程仿真分析

【摘要】 龙滩水电站是目前世界上最高的碾压混凝土重力坝,同时,碾压混凝土重力坝是近30年来才发展起来的一种新坝型。因此,对龙滩工程的建设,需要做很多的技术研究和方法探索,为工程建设提供参考。本文在这里主要通过仿真方法来模拟龙滩水电站右岸挡水坝段的施工过程,包括施工过程温度场分析和施工过程温度应力分析,分析中同时考虑水泥水化热、碾压混凝土弹性模量、碾压混凝土徐变和气温变化等主要因素,并且在模拟中完全按照施工中分层浇筑的实际,在计算中原样模拟,计算中的时间安排与施工方案也完全一致。通过研究施工过程中的坝体不稳定温度场和不稳定温度徐变应力场,从而探讨高碾压混凝土在通仓浇筑、连续上升时的温度场和应力场的特点和分布规律,为温控措施提供理论和数据参考。同时还在模拟分析中,探索一种良好的施工仿真方法,为工程技术人员能在施工中随时了解结构的温度变化和应力变化创造条件。

【Abstract】 The high RCC gravity dam of Longtan Hydroelectric Station is the highest gravity dam in the world, but the RCC darn only has 30 years history. So it needs more research and studying on this RCC dam for the Longtan project. In this paper, we try to use ANSYS model the process of the construction of the high RCC gravity dam at the right bank of Longtan project. The calculation including the concrete thermal analyses and the thermal-creep-stress, and it will take account into the cement’s hydrate heat, the Elastic module, the creep and the variety of air temperature. The analyses fully conform to the fact of the construction and the time schedule. According to the analyses of the varying temperature field and stress field of the dam, we can discuss the law of the temperature and the thermal creep stress in the RCC gravity dam when it was constructed by layer-ascending method and then give some data and theories to the temperature control as the reference. At the same time, we try to find the easy and convenient method to model the process of RCC gravity dam construction, which can give the engineers the facility to control the temperature and the stress of the dam during the process of construction.
