大型回转窑运行状态微机实时监测系统监测方法和系统软件的设计与研究

【摘要】 回转窑在水泥、冶金、耐火材料、化上等行业中广泛使用,在生产中,窑内衬、托轮寿命与回转窑轴线运行状态密切相关。通过研究发现,回转窑的轴线是否在—条直线上是保证回转窑长期正常运转的关键。 本文通过对国内外现有回转窑轴线临测技术的分析和对比,提出了一种更先进、更科学的全新的监测方法,即回转中心测量零位移方向键相法。该方法充分考虑了回转窑本身的受力和结构特点,在回转窑筒体下面两个径向应变为零的方向进行键相测量,克服了现有测量系统高处安装定位困难、测量操作复杂、测量误差大的缺点。此方法在国内尚属首创,在实际应用小取得了很好的效果。 系统软件的开发采用了功能强大、面向对象的Delphi语言。根据系统的特点和要求,采用多线程编程技术,实现计算机后台实时采样、波形分析和数据处理,前台动态图形显示、数据库查询和打印报警等功能。同时将Delphi灵活强大的数据库管理能力和Matlab卓越的科学计算能力相结合,开发了基于Delphi数据库和Matlab科学计算的优化调窑指导程序,为凋窑提供了更科学的理论依据。

【Abstract】 Rotary kiln is widely used in product ional department of cement, metallurgy, fire-resisting material, chemical engineering and so on. In production, rotary kiln’s inner liner, kiln supporter’s lifetime have very light relationship with the running stale of its axis. It was found by research that rotary kiln’s axis whether or not in a line was the key factor of keeping rotary kiln regular service for long run.By analyzing and comparing the monitoring technique of rotary kiln’s axis at present at home and oversea, this paper puts forward a brand-new monitoring method of more advance and more scientific, that is the keyway-phase measure in direction of null displacement of the center of gyration measuring. In this way, rotary kiln’s feature of its bearing pressure and struclurc are thought at all points. In this new method, it’s without fixing difficulty, operating complication and great measuring error of former measuring syslem, which measure axes with the way of Ihe keyway-phase measure in direclion of no shell strain under rotary kiln shell. This method is the first used at home at present, and it is valuable in practice.We developed the monitoring syslem software by adopling Delphi language which has a mighty function, and is object-oriented. Based on the feature and requirement of the system, using multithreading to program, it realized much function of background’s of the computer such as real-time sampling, wave analyzing, and data processing; and it also realized much function of foreground’s of computer such as dynamic figure displaying, data-base querying, printing, giving an alarm. And at the same time, combined Delphi language, which has agility and strong ability oi’managing database, with Mallab which has superexcellenl ability of scientific compulalion, developing guiding program of optimi/.c adjusting kiln which based on Delphi database and Matlab scientific computation. It provides theoretical reference of more scientific for adjusting kiln.
