【摘要】 随着我国经济改革、对外开放的不断深入发展，一个新兴的城市功能——中央商务区功能已在北京悄然兴起，并逐渐被人们所认识。其实这也不是什么新鲜的事物，世界上许多发达国家为了适应市场经济发展需要，早已建成许多国际化的中央商务区。CBD于上个世纪90年代进入中国以来，似乎一直处于沉默状态，然而新世纪的第一年，CBD却引起了全国的注意，并得到一定的发展。 北京要成为现代化的国际城市，建设好高质量的中央商务区是非常重要的。中央商务区的发展水平一定程度上体现着首都在国际国内的地位。由于首都的特殊地位，北京CBD的发展在一定程度上能够影响全国的发展。 本文从CBD的形成因素、发展历程、在新经济时期所面临的挑战等方面出发，分析了国、内外的CBD，介绍了北京CBD的概况，阐述了建设北京CBD的重要意义，在此基础上，分析了北京CBD建设中所存在的若干问题，并提出了一系列的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the constantly deep development of economic reforming and opening in China, a new city function-CBD function has risen in Beijing and gradually been recognized by people. In fact, it isn’t a new thing. In order to fit in with the development of the Market Economy, many developed countries have constructed many international CBDs. The CBD seemed to have been ignored since it came into China in the 1990’s. However, in the first year of the new century, the CBD has been noticed by the whole country and developed to some extent.If Beijing wants to be a modem international city, it is very important to build a high-quality CBD. The development level of Beijing CBD embodies to a certain extent the Capital’s status in the world. Because of the special status as the Capital, The development of Beijing CBD can spur on the whole country.The thesis analyses the international and native CBD in the respects of the forming factors, development course and the challenge during the New Economy, etc. It also introduces the general situation of Beijing CBD and elaborates the significance of constructing Beijing CBD. On the bases of these things, this thesis analyses the existing several problems of constructing Beijing CBD and puts forward series of proposals.更多还原
