我国企业培训模式研究

【摘要】 改革开放特别是“新经济”时代的到来,我国企业要想生存、发展就必须注重创新,高素质的员工是企业创新的根本,这样就要求企业不断地对员工进行培训。利用模式方法来研究培训,对促进培训理论与实践的发展具有积极作用。当前,囿于传统,我国的企业员工培训不能满足企业所需,对培训模式的研究尚处于起步阶段,成熟的模式尚未定型;对引入国外的企业培训模式存在简单模仿及直接照搬的弊端。基于此,本文着重就我国企业培训模式进行分析,以期能对我国企业培训有所帮助。 本文共分四个部分。 第一部分:企业培训模式的界定。该部分围绕企业培训模式的概念及我国企业培训模式的内涵展开论述。首先,从模式、培训的定义入手,对培训模式及企业培训模式两个概念加以界定;其次,通过与普通教学模式特点的对比,揭示企业培训模式的特殊性。 第二部分:我国企业培训的发展及其模式的演变。本部分通过回顾我国企业培训的发展历史引出我国企业培训模式的历史演变。在此,笔者从传统培训模式单一化阶段与现代培训模式多样化阶段两个维度,对我国企业培训模式进行了归类,并加以简单介绍。 第三部分:我国企业培训模式的分析。这一部分,从三个角度进行阐述:我国企业培训模式形成的时代背景;我国企业当前主要培训模式评析;对我国企业培训模式的反思。在此,本人通过对我国传统培训模式和现代培训模式中具体模式的论述,分析了各种模式的优点和不足;同时,就影响我国培训模式的不利因素进行了反思,并针对这些因素提出了相关的解决方法。 第四部分:我国企业培训模式改革探析。主要从我国企业模式改革的时代背景入手,提出了我国企业模式改革的新思路,在此基础上归纳出我国企业培训应倡导的几种模式。 总之,我国企业培训模式是不断发展变化的。任何企业在选择模式时,不管是借鉴利用传统模式,还是引入国外模式,都应当立足于自身实际,结合现实因素,从经济发展需求出发,找到最佳的需求模式。

【Abstract】 The day of reforming and opening, especially new economy is coming. The enterprise must emphersize innovation if it wants to exist. Staff with high quanlity are the foundation of innovation. This demands the enterprise train its staff constantly. Using models to research training is very useful to theory and practice of promoting training. In China, training of the enterprise can’t satisfy the needs of itself. Research on the models of the enterprise is still at the beginning stage. Mature models don’t fall into a patten. We have imported models of foreign countries. But there are some disadvantages such as simple immitation and direct copy. As such, this article analyses models of training and hope that it can do something for enterprise training of our country.This article includes four parts.The first part mainly talks about the description of enterprise training .In the part, I unfold an offensive discussion around on concept and intension of enterprise training models. Firstly, I describle concepts of training models. Secondly, I reveal the specialization of enterprise training models compared with the characters of common teaching models.The second part refers to the development of enterprise training and its models. In this part, I draw forth the historical evolvement of enterprise training models in China by means of reviewing the development history of our country’s enterprise training and introduce it simply according anayles that traditional training models are single and the modem training models are diverse.The third part analyses enterprises models of our country .1 refer to the epoch background and the self-questioning of the enterprise models in China. I also evoluate the main training models of the time. The writer analyses advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of models by means of expounding some traditional and modern model examples. In the meantime, I self-question the disadantages that affect our country’s enterprise training models and put foreward the solution means that are interrelated.The fourth part probes into how to reform enterprises training models of our country .The writer proposes the new methods that are used to reform our country’s enterprise training models by means of analysing the background of the reformation. Several models that should be advocated are induced on the basis of it.In conclusion, the enterprise training models of our country are developed constantly. Any enterprise should base on its own facts that can meet the need of its profits when it chooses models. At the same time, it should use the traditional models and absord foreign training models. Only in this way, it can find the best models.
