【摘要】 本文介绍和讨论现有的多种宽带接入、管理、计费技术，对它们的优缺点进行分析、比较，并在文章的末尾对WebLogin方式的接入、管理、计费的具体设计、实现进行了讨论。 现在国内流行多种宽带接入方式，如ADSL、ISDN、现有有线电视线路(同轴电缆)的Cable Modem(电缆调制解调器)技术、光纤到用户(大楼、小区)的接入技术、宽带无线、卫星接入等。它们各有各的特点，适应不同的环境。本文对各种接入方式进行了详细的分析、讨论。与接入紧密相关的是对用户的管理、计费，本文相应的对它们也进行了讨论。 本文实现了其中的一种接入、管理、计费方式。采用了网关结构的计费管理方式，可支持多种接入方式如CABLE MODEM、ADSL、ISDN、以太网接入。该系统运行在linux平台上，用到了PHP、C等编程语言，对LINUX内核进行了修改，可支持1000用户同时在线，可提供100M带宽。该系统具有如下特点：完善的用户认证和权限控制，丰富、方便、灵活的计费功能，丰富的用户类型，软、硬一体、即插即用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis introduces many broadband access control , network management and billing techlogy.lt discusses their deficiency and advantageAt the end of thesis ,we discuss how to design the access control,network manage ,billing of WebLogin technology.Now some access control technology are the rage.for example ADSL,ISDN,CableModem,ETTS,Wireless access,Secondary Planet access.they have different advantage and are adaptd different environment.The thesis compare them and discuss the corresponding user management ,billing technology.The thesis achieve WebLogin access control,management,billing technology.lt does the function as gateway.it support many access control for example CABLE MODEM , ADSL , ISDN , ETHERNET . It run on Linux .We modify the Linux ’s kernel.the code are writed in C,PHP lanage.lt can support 1000 online-user and 100M band.it has the advantage of perfect user Authentication and Authorization .abundant convenient billing functions.abundant user types, integrated software and hardware .更多还原
