【摘要】 二十世纪九十年代以来，我国企业家群体出现了一个高速“殒落”的现象。本文在对目前理论界所提出的有关企业家“殒落”的原因(如“环境说”、“体制说”、“土壤说”等)进行分析的基础之上，提出了“思想政治教育说”，认为建设一支高素质队伍的一条非常重要的途径就是要加强对企业家的思想政治教育。本文试图从企业家思想政治教育的必要性、企业家思想政治教育的基本构想，以及当前企业家思想政治教育所存在的问题这三个方面来加以论述。 首先，本文就企业家思想政治教育的必要性进行理论构建，作为本文的研究的立足点。(1)我国企业家作为一种特殊的群体，自然有其特殊的身份。在我国社会主义制度范围内，公有制范式的企业家既是政府官员，又是企业家的最高管理者；非公有制企业家既是企业的最高管理者，也是企业的所有者。作为政府官员的企业家，必然是思想政治教育的重点对象；作为最高管理者的企业家，既要担负起物质文明建设的任务，还要担负起精神文明建设的任务；作为非公有制企业家，加强其思想政治政治教育则决定其最终的发展方向。(2)我国企业家在我国经济发展中有着特殊的地位，加强对企业家的思想政治教育是企业成败的关键，是我国建立现代企业制度的关键，也是顺利贯彻“三个代表”的关键。(3)我国企业家所面临的新的形势要求加强其思想政治教育。加强对企业家的思想政治教育也就更有利于维护我国国家主权，强壮我国企业经济，建设好有中国特色社会主义的经济与文化。(4)从我国企业家的历史与现实来看，整体素质还存在诸多问题，这也是加强我国企业家思想政治教育的现实要 ＼一、、．74·L一【口 口 一Z：二L家思想政治教育的重点内容。首先，突出企业家思想政治教育。企业家思想政治教育内容的核心可以概括为一种社会主义国家企业家精神。社会主义国家企业家精神有别于西方企业家精神，它包括以下十大精神：政治精神、人格精神。创新精神、社会精神、艰苦创业精神、团队精神、风险精神、战略精神、科技精神、解放思想实事求是精神。其次，坚持政治主导与道德主导相结合。企业家思想政治内容教育内容的基本框架包括理想与信念教育、爱国主义与民族意识教育。集体主义教育、价值观教育、社会公德与职业道德教育。最后，要求与时俱进，不断拓展企业家思想政治教育的新内容在宏观、微观、未来领域等方面拓展。（2）掌握企业家思想政治教育的基本方法。针对企业家特质，本文提出了理论灌输法、自我教育法、咨询教育法、激励教育法等几种思想政治教育方法。（3）建立与完善企业家思想政治教育的新途径：其一是企业家培训；其二是以企业文化建设为载体：其三是发挥大众传媒的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a prompt corruption in the collectivity of entrepreneur in our country. The thesis provided "political and ideological education theory" when analyzing the cause relative to the corruption of entrepreneurs in academia (such as "environment theory", "system theory", "surrounding theory" and so on), which advocated that emphasis on political and ideological education on entrepreneur is one of ways to found a high quality personnel. It described from three aspects including the significance of political and ideological education on entrepreneur, the basic content of political and ideological education on entrepreneur, the main problem in political and ideological education on entrepreneur at present.At first, the thesis discussed the significance of political and ideological education on entrepreneur as the springboard of the theory foundation. 1) As a special collectivity, the character of entrepreneur is particular. In the system of Chinese characteristic socialist society, the entrepreneur of public-owned enterprise is not only the supreme manager of an enterprise, but also an official of government; the entrepreneur in non-public-owned enterprise is both the supreme manager and owner of the enterprise. An entrepreneur as government official, must be the main objects of political and ideological education; for an entrepreneur in non-public-owned enterprise, the political and ideological education will affect the ultimate development. 2) Because of entrepreneur’s special character in economy development in our country, stressing on political and ideological education on entrepreneur is the keystone of the enterprise and construction modern enterprise system, also the key of successfully carrying out "three delegation". 3) The new situation in the front of entrepreneur required stress on political and ideological education on entrepreneur, which is benefit to sustaining the national sovereignty, promoting national economy,and construction Chinese characteristic socialist economy and culture. 4) From, thehistory and reality, there still are many problems in the common quality of entrepreneur, which is realistic demand to political and ideological education on entrepreneur.The thesis provided some basic conformation on political and ideological education on entrepreneur next. 1) The core of political and ideological education on entrepreneur, which could generalize a kind of spirit of socialist entrepreneur. The spirit of Chinese entrepreneur is different from western country, it including 10 spirits listed next: political spirit, personality spirit, innovating spirit, social spirit, trial inaugurating spirit, integrity spirit, adventure spirit, strategic spirit, science spirit, opening and honest spirit. In the system of content, political and ideological education on entrepreneur including ideology and faith education, nationalism and patriotism education, collectivism education, value education, social morality and professional morality education. At the same time, the unique view is that the content of political and ideological education on entrepreneur incessantly expands in all directions together with the development of society. 2) The basic method of political and ideological education on entrepreneur. The thesis supplied several methods such as theory instillation method, self-education method, consultation method, inspiration education, to fit to the special character of entrepreneur. 3) The main approach of political and ideological education on entrepreneur. The first is the cultivation of entrepreneur; the second is use the enterprise as a media, the third is exertion public media.更多还原
