内蒙查干银矿3~#矿体上向进路尾砂胶结充填采矿方法试验研究

【摘要】 随着采矿深度的增加和开采条件的变化和相关科学的发展,现代采矿工艺技术和设备都有很大发展,不同的采矿方法和工艺技术适用于不同的矿床开采技术条件。在实际开采过程中,针对某一矿体具体的开采技术条件,选择适宜的采矿方法和确定合理的采场结构参数是保证回采安全和获得较好经济效益的关键。 本文以查干银矿3~#矿体地下开采为研究对象,选择了上向尾砂胶结充填采矿方法,进行了矿岩及充填料和充填体的物理力学性质研究,并结合类似矿山尾砂充填采矿法经验,进行了现场工业试验,研究了凿岩爆破、充填系统、充填接顶、充填体的稳定性、回采和充填对采场围岩应力分布的影响等。得出如下结论: ①该矿选择上向尾砂胶结充填采矿法是正确的,试验是成功的,取得了较好的经济效益;②在采矿中成功地应用异种介质界面爆破技术,防止了爆破对充填体的破坏;③所采用的强制充填接顶技术,分区回采分区加强充填的施工方法,嗣后区域充填接顶技术等都达到了预期的效果;④采用蚊帐布作为脱水材料,脱水效果好;⑤采场围岩应力的有限元法分析表明,充填体对控制顶板下沉发挥了很好的作用。 查干银矿上向尾砂胶结充填采矿法的成功经验,对我国类似矿床开采条件的矿山具用一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the increase of mining depth and the change of mining conditions as well as the development of modern scientific technology and mining equipments, filling mining has gradually become one of safe, economical and efficient methods<, However, it is very important to choose the mining method in light of idiographic mining tethnology conditions of certain ore deposit ?This paper has studied the No.3 mineral deposit of Chagan Sivel Mine, and given a preference to up-towards cemented filling a Based on indoor experiment and filling experience of similar mine, the mine has finished the industry experiment and a study on drilling-and-blastingm, filling material, filling system, filling roof joint, the stability of fillbody, stope dynamic, and so on0 The condusions are as follows:The tailings cemented filling is completely correct, and its social effect and economic benefits are obvious; ?The interface blasting technique in different medium is used successfully; (? A series of techniques, such as the compelling filling roof joint, the construction methods of subarea mining and subarea reinforce filling , area filling roof joint after mining and so on, are all in the highest flight in domestic correlation fields; ?The dehydration effect is good when the mosquito-net cloth is used as dehy-drated material; (5) The distributing range is made clear based on the analysis methods of stress finite element oThe experiment research result shows that the mining method of up-towards tailings cemented filling at Chagan Silver Mine is successful, Thus it is of deploymental value to mine for other mineral deposit.
