科龙集团人力资源开发与管理创新研究

【摘要】 我们今天正处于知识经济时代。知识经济时代是以知识为导向的时代。人作为知识的载体,正越来越受到工商企业的普遍重视。企业的竞争是人才的竞争,人力资源已成为企业的第一资源。随着我国WTO的加入,中国企业要在全球一体化的激烈竞争中生存和发展,唯一的途径是充分开发、科学管理人力资源,这样才能引导企业不断走向成功。 本文共分五章。第一章为导论,提出了本文所要研究的问题及采取的研究方法。第二章是人力资源管理综述,分析了人力资源开发与管理的内涵、主要内容、发展过程及未来趋势。第三章简要介绍了科龙人力资源开发与管理的实践。第四章对科龙人力资源工作中的成功经验及存在问题进行了总结和分析。第五章提出了改进科龙人力资源开发与管理工作的对策,并把战略管理、系统思考、业务流程再造等思想有机地融入到人力资源工作之中。

【Abstract】 It is the era of knowledge-economy now, that being directed by the knowledge. As the carrier of knowledge, personnel is great important to industry and commerce enterprises. The qualified personnel is the basic of the competition among enterprises. As far as enterprises being considered, human resource is the most important resource of all. as China entering into WTO and competition in global economic integration sharpening, it is the only way for Chinese enterprises to develop themselves that HR is fully exploited and scientifically managed.The paper goes in five chapters, hi chapter I ,the problems researched and study method are pointed out In chapter II, connotation ,main content, developing process and developing trend in the future of HRM are introduced .hi chapter III, the practice of Kelon human resource exploitation and management are introduced, hi chapter IV , success experience and problems inside Kelon human resource working are concluded and analyzed, hi chapter V, the countermeasure improving on Kelon human resource exploitation and management are put forward, and more the idea which includes stratagem management system thinking operation flow reengineeringis put into human resource exploitation management.
