【摘要】 本文通过对小区的智能化需求进行分析，提出了基于Internet标准协议、Web开发技术的智能小区网络管理系统整体构架方案，并介绍了实现这些功能的家庭智能控制器的设计，以及Lonwork技术在智能小区中的应用。 主要采用的是Echelon公司的LONWORKS技术和ASP、XML、SQL、．NET等WEB技术。目的是解决智能小区的上层管理系统开发和三表抄收问题。主要实现了一个完整智能小区管理系统设计方案，并给出了在三表远程抄收系统中的具体设计和应用。给出了一个完整的三表抄收的智能采集器的系统设计方案。该系统已经实现与上位机进行正确的通信，并且运行比较稳定。 本文给出了小区局域网的构建方案，介绍了当前流行的几种宽带接入技术，结合小区的应用重点介绍了发展前景较好的卫星接入技术。对SQL数据库、ASP、XML、和．NET技术进行了介绍，并构架了小区管理系统的数据库和网站。最后对本小区的管理系统各项功能及其实现进行了具体的介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper puts forward scheme plan of Intelligent Community Management System based on TCP/IP and web exploration technology, through the analysis of the intelligent requirement of community, gives the design of Intelligent Home Controllers acheving these functions and the application of Lonworks technology in Intelligent Community.Primarily using the Lonworks technology of Echelon corp. and WEB technology of ASP, XML, SQL and .NET to solve the problems in explorating the values of water, ammeter, and gas meter. The main is to accomplish a design of an integerated Intelligent Community Managment System, meanwhile to show the concrete design and application in transmitting three values which means producing a wholly Intelligent Collector in transmitting the values of water, ammeter, and gas meter. The system has communicated exactly with Control Computer and runned stably.This paper points out the constitution design of Community Intranet, introduces several leading ways of connecting to the Wide Band Internet, especially the VAST, and the application of SQL, ASP, XML and .NET technology, and gives the database and website design of the Intelligent Community, finally presents the function of the Intelligent Community in details.更多还原
