论网络环境下的医药学信息服务

【摘要】 随着现代科学技术的进步和网络信息技术的发展，网络信息服务给医药学带来了重大的变革和发展的机遇。在整个信息服务业中，医药学信息服务独具特色，一是由于医学本身是研究人体生命的科学，二是医药学信息用户非常广泛。那么在网络环境下，针对医药学信息服务的特点、现存的问题，探讨如何利用丰富的医药学信息资源提高医药学信息服务的质量，展望未来的发展趋势，提出发展策略是本文研究的重点问题。 本文从Internet对医药学信息服务的影响入手，研究了网络环境下医药学信息服务的新特点，主要体现在信息资源主体、信息服务范围、信息服务对象、信息服务方式、信息服务内容的转变。在网络环境下，随着各种信息技术的不断发展与完善，医药学信息资源的获取与利用更为简捷、便利，但浩如烟海的信息却难以保证能被有效利用。论文在研究信息技术对信息用户需求影响的基础上，以PubMed上Free Medline数据库为例，分析基于新技术环境下网络数据库检索模式与方法上的突出特点。 Internet的飞速发展给医药信息机构提供了广阔的发展空间，带来了进一步发展的良好契机，本文展望了未来医药学信息服务的发展趋势：1．为用户提供“信息精品”；2．信息服务的多层次化；3．开发医药学竞争情报；4．服务手段现代化；5．信息服务网络化。针对上述发展趋势，本文认为医药信息机构在网络环境下采取的信息服务策略主要有：1．网络医药学信息资源集成建设；2．面向最终用户，开展知识服务，本文将文献知识标引法—OAV三元组法引入到医药信息服务中，揭示知识标引对医药信息服务中的特色服务——查新咨询工作的重要作用，即可以克服人为主观因素的影响，提高查新咨询结论中新颖性评价的客观性；3．拓宽医药学信息服务领域，为医药企业提供竞争情报；4．面向社会，提供全面的医药学信息服务，如虚拟医学环境与远程医疗等，体现为全民服务的理念。本文共分四个部分，约2．8万字，图14幅，表1个。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of modem scientific technology and network information techniques, network information service takes the great reformation and chance to medical pharmaceutical sciences. Medical pharmaceutical information service(MPIS) is a requirement-wide systematic and very particular part of information service system, and it has a lot of users, not only specialitists, but also non-specialitists. Under the network enviroment, how to utilize the rich information resources and promote the quality of MPIS is the major question discussed in this paper.This paper analyses the influence of Internet to MPIS, study the new feature of network MPIS, and the change of service model; according to the feature of network information resources and the influence of information techniques to MPIS, forecasts of MPIS’S future: l.provid "top-quality information "to users, evidence-based medicine is an example to give doctors the best evidence to diagnosis and therapy; 2.information service of administrative levels; 3. develop Competitive Intelligence; 4. modernize the methods of service; 5. network of information service . So we should make strategies such as: 1. medical pharmaceutical information resources integrated construction; 2. facing end-user, provide knowledge service; 3. provide Competitive Intelligence to medical pharmaceutical enterprises; 4. facing all social users, develop medical pharmaceutical information service, especially the applications of virtual reality in medicine and telemedicine.
