长春都市旅游发展研究

A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHANGCHUN URBAN TOURISM

【摘要】 都市旅游是现代旅游的主体,它也是世界旅游发展的态势之一。长春市作为全国特大城市、省会城市和全国首批优秀旅游城市,具有发展旅游业得天独厚的优势和条件,其都市旅游发展的研究,对于研究长春都市旅游的开发、搞好都市旅游规划、发展都市经济都具有重要的实践意义。 本文运用旅游地理学、经济地理学、区位论、城市地理学、旅游开发学的理论,采用综合分析、比较论证、定性与定量相结合的方法,在总结都市旅游的概念和特点的基础上,结合长春市的具体情况,对长春市都市旅游发展的驱动力(主要是客源市场需求和旅游资源供给)、重点对都市旅游产品系列及其产品的个性化(独特鲜明的形象)与规模化(产品的内外部协调)进行了研究。依据上述分析,本文结合国内主要都市的旅游发展模式,探讨了长春都市旅游的发展模式,即依托中心都市的资源优势、区位优势、设施优势、人才优势,以公务、观光为内涵的“主题都市”旅游为核心,以冰雪旅游、生态旅游、文化旅游、产业旅游、科技旅游、购物旅游等专项旅游为重点,与周围郊县的农安辽金文化、双阳自然风光、二松观光度假旅游优势互补、相互联合,与省内其它地区及黑龙江省、辽宁省协调发展,共同组成长春市独特的都市旅游发展模式。通过长春都市旅游发展的研究,对国内类似于长春这样的都市发展旅游提供了一个案例。

【Abstract】 One of trends of world tourism development is urban tourism and it is the main part of modern tourism industry. Changchun has outstanding priority and terms for tourism development as a national metropolis, provincial city and national firstly ratified excellent tourism city. The study on the development of Changchun urban tourism has very important practical significance for studying urban tourism exploitation, doing well urban tourism planning and developing urban economy.With the guidance of theories of tourist geography, economic geography, standortslehre, urban geography and tourism exploitation, the author studies the driving(market demand and resources supply) of urban tourism development, urban tourist product series and its individuation(unique distinctive image)and scale(inner and outer cooperation of products) based on the summarization of concept and characters on urban tourism according to the concrete condition. The methods which are used are integrate analysis, comparative demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis and so on. By the analysis of above, the author discusses the developing mode of Changchun urban tourism development. At the support of superiorities about resources, position, establishment and person with ability, the core of developing mode is theme urban tourism, but ice tourism, eco-tourism, culture tourism, industry tourism, science and technology tourism and shopping tourism are its emphasis. Moreover, Liao and Jing culture of Nongan county, natural view of Shuangyang, sightseeing and spending holiday of the Second Songhua River are the supplement of the theme urban tourism. Jilin province and three Northeast provinces are the objects of competition and combination during the Changchun urban tourism. The article brings out a case for cities which are similar to Changchun during the study of Changchun urban tourism development.
