HFC网络电表管理信息系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外电表自动集抄系统的研究现状,对基于混合光纤/同轴电缆(Hybrid Fiber Coax,HFC)的网络电表集抄系统的组成、功能及特点进行了阐述。给出了我们开发的HFC网络电表集抄系统方案,其中重点内容为作者开发的信息管理系统。 信息管理系统(Management Information System,MIS)处于整个系统的最上层,主要任务是为管理层提供比较完整和准确的决策依据。MIS通过主控计算机向集抄器发出读电表或设置电表参数的命令,由集抄器将主控计算机下发的数据帧分拆,形成面向电表的指令,并根据上位机的要求对电表进行数据采集或参数设置。集抄器根据电表的响应,生成对主控计算机的应答数据帧或主动生成上传数据帧上报给主控计算机,由主控计算机处理后提交给数据库处理程序,数据库端程序负责填写数据库表记录,并向信息管理系统上传消息,使得管理部门可以实时准确地获取电表的有关信息,并进行相应的处理,保障整个电网的正常工作。 本文对开发MIS软件用到的数据库编程、网络编程和多线程编程技术进行了深入的探讨。对系统进行需求分析,给出了软件的功能、数据、运行及性能要求,并以数据流图的形式给出了软件的逻辑模型。 在此基础上,以SQL Server7.0作为数据库服务器,用PowerBuilder7.0开发了基于客户/服务器模式的信息管理系统,实现了系统各个模块的功能。同时给出了MIS各个重要功能模块的设计流程图以及相关的关键的编程技术的说明。 在开发MIS软件的过程中,同智能电表、主控计算机进行了联合调试,在论文中给出了部分实验结果。最后对所做的工作进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 The thesis introduces researches on automatic electric meter reading system at home and abroad, illustrates the composition, function and characteristic of automatic electric meters reading system based on Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) network, and gives a scheme of network electric meters reading system based on HFC developed by us, the Management Information System (MIS) developed by the author is the emphases.MIS is on the top of the system, whose main task is providing complete and exact basis for managers to making decisions. It sends instructions of reading data or setting parameters through the host computer, which is analysed and divided into commands for the ammeter by the collector, the ammeter collects data or modifies parameters according to the instructions. After having received the data from the ammeter, the collector generates answer frames and data frames, then sends them to the host computer. The host computer processes these data and sends them to the program taking charge of data processing in database, the program inserts all the data into database and informs MIS, which helps managers get informations about ammeters in time and exactly. Managers will make decisions according to the data, which can make the power network work normally.The thesis discusses the technology in database programming, network programming and multi-thread programming. The author makes demand analysis of software, gives the demands of function, data structure, running and performance, and describes the logic modal of the system using data flow diagrams.On this base, the author have designed and developed the management information system based on Client/Server(C/S) using PowerBuilder?.0 as downstage tools and SQL Server7.0 as the database server, which realizes the functions of all modules of MIS.Thedesign flow diagrams of important modules and interrelated key technology are also given in the thesis.MIS is made to work with the intelligent electric meters and the host computer to test the whole system in the process of developing the software. The introduction of the software debug process is also given in the thesis. In the end, the author summarizes the work of the thesis and discusses the direction of the future development.
