【摘要】 经扁平部玻璃体切割联合硅油充填术是目前治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的主要手段，显著提高了玻璃体视网膜手术的成功率。但术后多种因素可导致继发性青光眼，其中与硅油注入、硅油存留眼内相关的为硅油性青光眼，与其他类型的青光眼相比，临床上具有一定的特征。本文对此类青光眼的发病率、危险因素、发病机制及临床治疗等方面进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pars plana vitrectomy and silicone oil injection is main method in the management of complicated retinal detachments and diplay satisfactory effect. Many factors are associated with postoperative secondary glaucoma. Silicone oil glaucoma was defined as elevation of intraocular pressure due to silicone oil injection, or an oil-filled eye. Compared with other types of glaucoma, silicone oil glaucoma has it’s own character. This test summarise incidence rate, risk factors, nosogenesis and clinical therapy of silicone oil glaucoma.更多还原
