基于CC-Link现场总线的织机网络监控系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着过程控制技术、自动化仪表技术和计算机网络技术的发展,工业控制领域发生了一次次的变革,最新的一次变革的基础就是现场总线技术的产生。现场总线技术迅速发展并得到广泛的实际应用。本文作者根据目前中小型纺织厂的现状,利用现场总线技术、串行通信技术和高级语言编程技术对现有的纺织企业进行改造,设计出基于现场总线的PLC网络监控系统。利用该系统可以对全部织机的运行状态进行实时监控,也可以实现单独监控及织机的远程启动、停止等,并对织机的历史状态进行全面的记录,为工厂管理带来极大方便。主要工作包括一下几个方面: 1.分析了现场总线技术的发展趋势、现场总线技术同以往控制技术比较的优点,已经取得的成果。以及PLC在现代控制系统中的地位,应用、PLC同现场总线之间的联系等。 2.设计了基于现场总线的PLC网络监控系统的整个系统框架以及其改进方法,提出针对纺织厂的解决方案。 3.现场总线的PLC网络监控系统的硬件实现,主要包括,底层单机控制系统、通信系统、数据采集的实现方法、以及同上位机的链接。给出延长RS-232通讯距离的方法。论述了系统扩展方法,和用单片机对底层扩展的方法。 4.用高级语言编程技术设计了上位机监控界面,包括数据传输采集、存储、查看、远程控制等,完成了基本框架。 5.对监控系统进行了实际测试。

【Abstract】 With the development of the process control technology, automation instrument technology and computer network technology, there is so many transforms happened in the industry control field. And the recent transform is the coming into being of Field Bus. The Field Bus technology develops so rapidly and has been applied very widely. This paper mainly use the CC-Link Field Bus technology, the serial communication technology and the VB language to reconstruct the common weave enterprise <> We have designed the network supervise system which based on the PLC and CC-Link Field Bus. With the system, you can Real-time supervise the running state of all the spin machines, and you can choose to all-mode or single-mode supervise, give the spin machine run or stop commando All the pertinent data will be write down by the system. The management of the enterprise will become so easy. This paper mainly includes as follows:1. Analyze the development trend of the Field Bus technology, the advantage of the Field Bus compared with the other technology,, Also discoursing the status of PLC in the modem industry and the relationship of PLC and the Field Bus.2.Design the network supervise system based on CC-Link Field Bus, and apply it to textile mails.3.Design the hardware realization of the supervise system, it includes: Under layer single control system, the communication system, the data collection system and the link to PC. Given the method to extend the transmission distance and expend the system with SCM.4.Making out the supervise interface with high level programming language0 it include data collection and transfer, storages, examine, Long-distance control.5. Test the supervise system practically
