热工自动调节教学演示及仿真软件系统的开发

【摘要】 自动控制学科诞生于二十世纪四十年代,发展至今,已经成为一门理论体系严密,用到很多很深的数学工具的学科。但是,长期以来,自动控制理论的教学一直采用传统的教学方式,传统教学方式的种种弊端造成了自动控制理论课堂教学效率偏低,不利于激发学生的学习兴趣。随着计算机技术的广泛应用,计算机辅助教学(CAI)迅速发展起来。为适应学科发展的需要,本文围绕浙江大学能源系本科阶段必修课《电厂热工过程自动调节》中的重点、难点,以MATLAB为开发工具,自行研制开发出了一套热工自动调节原理教学演示及仿真软件系统。本软件系统包括二阶系统的动态分析、P、I、D参数对系统动态过程的影响和电厂常用的调节系统分析三个模块。本软件系统在教学实践中的应用不仅对培养学生的创造性思维能力、提高教学质量有着积极的促进作用,而且对深化教学改革、加速教学手段的现代化也会产生积极的推动作用。此外,电厂常用的调节系统分析模块将电厂负荷控制系统的参数优化整定和系统仿真融为一体,为设计人员进行离线的多方案比较提供了有效工具,可以作为控制系统计算机辅助设计(CADCS)工具单独使用,对于提高电厂负荷控制系统的投运效率,缩短控制系统的投运时间都将起到积极的作用。

【Abstract】 The subject of autocontrol started in the forties of the twentieth century. Up to the present, it has become a rigorous theory that involved many abstruse mathematical calculations. But the teaching of the autocontrol subject still follows the traditional ways since long time ago. And the disadvantages of the traditional teaching ways lead the autocontrol teaching efficiency to the low side. It makes against to inspire the students’ interests in the course of learning. Along with the development of the computer technology, the computer aided instruction (CAI) developed rapidly. Suiting for the needs of the development of the subject, we refer to the keystones and the difficulties of the compulsory undergraduate course in Energy department of Zhejiang University, finish a suit of software for the thermal autocontrol teaching demonstration and simulation programming with Matlab. The software kit includes the dynamic analysis of the two steps system, the influences of the PID parameters in the dynamic progress of the system, and the typical auto control systems in the power plant. The applying of the software kit in the teaching ways will train the students’ creative thinking, and improve the quality of the teaching efficiency in the courses. Also, it will act the active effect to deepen the innovation of the teaching ways and speedup the modernization of the teaching ways. Furthermore, the module of the typical auto control systems in the power plant can be used to correcting and optimizing the parameters of the load control systems in the power plant, and the simulation of systems. It offers a effective kit to the designers of the power plant to compare the parameters’ influences offline. It can be used for a kit of Computer Aided Design in Control System individually. And the applying of it will improve the running efficiency of auto control systems in the power plant.
