计算机高速数控雕铣系统研究

【摘要】 计算机高速数控雕铣系统是集成CAD/CAM技术、图像处理技术、高速铣削技术、计算机数控技术、精密机构设计和制造技术、雕铣技术、电机驱动技术和精密高速主轴电机技术为一体发展起来的高新技术设备。研究和开发计算机高速数控雕铣系统是本文的主要目的。 本文首先论述了计算机高速数控雕铣系统的技术基础—计算机数控技术、雕铣技术和超高速加工技术;然后详细地阐述了计算机高速数控雕铣系统的特点、组成、性能和应用,并介绍了数控雕铣系统的国内外现状。 对计算机高速数控雕铣系统进行了详细研究,开发该系统的伺服系统、控制软件和CAD/CAM集成数控编程软件三方面是本文研究的重点。 第三章分析了计算机高速数控雕铣伺服系统的构成,着重研究了运动控制器、主轴驱动部分和进给驱动部分。 第四章研制了计算机高速数控雕铣系统控制软件,包括控制软件结构、主要管理功能、刀具补偿功能、插补功能的分析和实现。 第五章进行了计算机高速数控雕铣系统CAD/CAM集成数控编程软件研发。作者介绍了计算机辅助编程系统的发展现状,对计算机辅助编程系统进行了功能分析,设计并实现了具有二维图形和图像处理能力的高速雕铣CAD/CAM集成数控编程软件。 第六章对计算机高速雕铣系统进行测试,并对雕铣运行实例进行了分析。 最后,作者对本文的研究内容进行了总结,并对数控雕铣系统的发展做了展望。

【Abstract】 High-speed CNC engraving and milling machine is a high-tech equipment in which CAD/CAM, image processing, HSM, CNC, precision mechanical design and manufacture, engraving and milling technology, motor driver technology and build-in motor spindle technology are integrated. The main purpose of this dissertation is to research and develop high-speed CNC engraving and milling machine.At first, this dissertation introduces the basic technology of high-speed CNC engraving and milling machine, such as CNC technology, engraving and milling technology and ultra-high speed machining technology. Then, from the viewpoint of characteristic, structure, performance and application, high-speed CNC engraving and milling machine is discussed in detail; furthermore the information of the similar one is also mentioned in home and abroad.The key of the paper is in chapter 3 to chapter 6, in which, control system, system software and CAD/CAM integrative automatic programming software are studied detailedly.The constitution of control system of high-speed CNC engraving and milling machine is analyzed in chapter 3, given emphasis to motion controller, spindle driver and feed driver.System software is designed and programmed in chapter 4, including the analyses and researches on software structure, module of vital manage, module of tool compensation and module of interpolation.The design of CAD/CAM integrative automatic programming software is made in chapter 5. The development of computer aided programming system is introduced, as well as the function analysis is performed. In addition, CAD/CAM integrative automatic programming software is developed in the 2-D graphics and image processing filed.The test of high-speed CNC engraving and milling machine has been carried out and running examples are exhibited in Chapter 6.Finally, the research contents of this dissertation have been summarized and the prospect of engraving and milling machine has been opened up.
