S195柴油机改进设计

【摘要】 本文由两部分组成,第一部分内容介绍了S195柴油机的外观造型;第二部介绍了S195柴油机的排气噪声,并对其采用不同消声器后的噪声频谱和声场分布做了理论和试验分析。 在第一部分中根据S195柴油机造型比较陈旧,不符合消费者审美要求的状况,运用现代设计方法和手段——绿色设计、计算机辅助设计和工业设计——对其进行改进设计,并根据S195柴油机工作环境的独特性对其重新搭配色彩,使之外观造型更具特色。同时,努力减小对环境的污染。 第二部分对S195柴油机的排气噪声进行了详细试验和理论研究。通过试验测量了S195柴油机的排气噪声频谱,并且对采用不同膨胀比消声器的消声效果进行了试验研究。此外,研究了不同穿孔板位置对简单膨胀腔消声器排气噪声的影响。运用有限元方法对消声器的声场进行分析,并同试验结果对比。由于对计算模型进行了简化,所以计算结果同试验结果有差异,但是两者的趋势是一致的。

【Abstract】 The paper is composed with two parts. In the first, the exterior of the SI95 diesel engine has been introduced. In the second, the exhausted noise of SI95 diesel engine with or without muffler was analyzed according to theoretics and experiment datum.Because the exterior of the S195 diesel engine is too behind the times, and cannot meet customer, the exterior of the S195 diesel engine has been improved, with the modern design methods, including Green Design, CAD, and Industry Design. According to the unique work condition of the S195 diesel engine, the colors were arranged again. All this made the exterior of the SI 95 diesel engine look better and in a class by itself, and made the pollution of the SI 95 be minimal.The exhausted noise of SI95 diesel engine was analyzed in details according to theoretics and experiment datum. In the experiment, we measured the frequency of the exhausted noise, and studied the muffler influence with the different rate of expansion. In addition, the paper presented the influence of different shutter positions to the simple expansion cavity muffler. Using the Finite Element Method, the paper analyzed the sound field of the muffler, and contrasted the analysis result to the experiment datum. The predigestion of the computation model made the difference between the analysis result and experiment datum. But the trends of the two are coincident.
