【摘要】 本论文对驱动桥的疲劳试验技术的研究与试验系统软件的开发进行了深入的分析,同时也介绍了整个计算机控制系统和机械系统的构成,为软件工作和疲劳检测的展开打下了基础。 论文共分为七章,各章内容如下: 第一章为绪论,介绍了本论文的背景、汽车检测技术的国内外发展现状、汽车试验台的发展现状、本人在课题组中的任务以及HCQ——3.0驱动桥试验台功能、本论文的工作。 第二章介绍了疲劳失效试验的基本知识及主减速器常见疲劳失效形式与原因、用弹流润滑基本理论对主减速器疲劳失效进行研究分析及软件实现、驱动桥疲劳失效试验及数据统计方法。 第三章HCQ-3.0试验台的设计包括:HCQ-3.0滚筒试验台检测的性能参数及其软件实现、HCQ-3.0试验台的总体设计和对软件的要求、机械系统结构和软件控制要求。 第四章论述了计算机控制系统基本原理和软件的任务,提出了HCQ-3.0自动轴荷加载系统的软件实现方法。 第五章阐述了试验系统的软件设计、系统软件的核心技术及其实现、系统软件的主要模块介绍。 第六章举例说明了估计母体中值的最少试件个数判据在HCQ-3.0疲劳失效试验中成组试验法的实际应用、HCQ-3.0制动性能试验的模拟实现,并显示其参数和曲线、HCQ-3.0控制系统软件部分界面。 第七章对本人工作的总结和展望。

【Abstract】 The dissertation mainly introduces the research and development work of the HCQ-3.0 Testing System for Automobile’s Rear-Axle. Some research work is done on fatigue testing based on the theory of fatigue experiments and analysis of results. Also the dissertation analyzed how the system is designed from the aspects of hardware and software, introduced the realization of the testing system and various module of it.The dissertation is divided into seven parts, and the main content of every part is presented as follow:In chapter one, the background of the dissertation and of HCQ-3.0 testing system is discussed, along with the purpose of auto testing and the testing method of it. It also discussed the development of auto testing technology and the application of new technology in auto testing. At last it mentioned my assignment and the functions of HCQ-3. 0 testing system.In chapter two, it introduced the basic structure and different forms of fatigue failure of retarder. Then it used EHL theory to analyze fatigue failure. At last technology of fatigue testing, statistics process and software programming are presented.In chapter three, fist it listed the parameters we need to measure then introduced how to program the software for them. Also it discussed the control system and mechanical system. At last it introduces us the structure of these systems and the software.In chapter four, the basic theory of computer control system and the design of software for them are discussed. Also How add load to the system automatically is presented, the load system is discussed particularly because of it’s importance for the whole system.In chapter five the author showed us how to program with the system and how the core technology of the software is designed, the core technology are D1K database and data processing and so on. At last some examples of testing modules are presented, we will see some interfaces and some flow charts.In chapter six, It introduces how to use the minimum Rear-Axles to get the result of most Axles and the simulated braking system testing is presented. Also the author shows us some interfaces of the software, and some simulated data is listed.In chapter seven, the work of the dissertation is summarized and the further research work is looked ahead.
