系列化产品零件CAPP系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺设计作为制造业单元技术中相对薄弱的环节，在制造业信息化建设过程中处于重要的地位，也是与各单元技术集成过程中的一个难点。 本文分析了目前我国制造业信息化建设的基本情况，论述了计算机集成制造环境下的计算机辅助工艺设计的重要性。并指出在当前环境下开发计算机辅助工艺设计系统的目的和意义。文中还对CAD／CAPP集成作了较为详细的分析，在此基础上结合广东怀集汽车配件制造有限公司的产品工艺结构特及目前的技术基础，提出了本课题中CAD／CAPP集成的方法。本文的重点是对系列化产品零件计算机辅助工艺设计的关键技术的研究，给出了工艺设计方法、工艺决策模型、工艺尺寸的计算、工艺图的绘制等问题的解决方法。 以怀集汽车配件制造有限公司为背景提出了HJ-CAPP系统框架，建立了CAD／CAPP集成环境下的数据库服务器，并完成了系统的总体设计和模块结构设计，给出了重要模块的程序流程图，在Delphi6.0中实现了用户管理和工艺决策模块的程序设计。以典型零件为对象，验证了工艺决策模型正确性和系统的实用性。 以企业应用为主，实用性与先进性相结合是本系统设计中的一个基本指导思想。数据库服务器的建立为解决了CAD／CAPP集成中数据通信及信息存储与管理的问题。多种工艺设计方法相结合，多种专家系统知识表达方法相结合是本系统工艺设计的一个重要特点更多还原

【Abstract】 As the weak part of unit technologies in manufacturing, computer aided process planning-CAPP is vital in manufacturing information construction, and also a pinch point when integrated with other unit technologies.The importance of CAPP based on computer integrated manufacturing system is expounded after the current condition of our country’s information construction is analyzed. With this, the aim and meaning to develop CAPP system is discussed in this paper. Integration of CAD/CAPP is also studied. According to product characteristics of Guangdong Huaiji auto-accessories manufacturing inc. LTD, method used in this paper is put forward. Key technologies of developing CAPP of pieces of series products are mainly discussed, including methods of process planning, construction of decision model of process, calculating of process dimension,System frame of HJ-CAPP is brought forward based on manufacturing status in Guangdong Huaiji auto-accessories manufacturing inc. LTD, and database server is built on CAD/CAPP integration. Structures of system and all the models and the flowcharts of main models are set up. The program of user management and process decision is given in Deiphi6.0 to verify the accuracy of the model and the practicability of the decision system.Giving first place to enterprise’s applying and combining practicability with advanced theory is the guidance in developing the system. Building up the database server actualizes data communicating between CAD and CAPP and data management. One of the characters of this CAPP system is to use all kinds of methods of designing process and expressing knowledge in expert system.更多还原
