移动电子政务系统中知识管理技术的研究和实现

【摘要】 随着社会发展，电子商务正成为现代商务的主流，而政府作为社会主要信息的收集和发布者，如果其信息化应用水平跟不上企业和社会上信息发展的步伐，信息化应用水平跟不上企业和社会信息应用的发展速度，必将严重影响整个社会的信息化进程。 电子政务是一个综合性的信息系统，它不同于简单的“政府上网”，它需要较强的业务可靠性、安全性、开放性、实用性和可拓展性。目前制约着电子政务真正走向实用化的关键技术有如下几个方面：信息安全、主动信息服务和信息决策技术。 本论文结合实际项目，对电子政务系统中的几个关键技术分别进行了讨论，并且给出了相应的解决方案。在信息安全方面，我们提出了一个全新的技术框架，并采用物理隔离的技术来确保系统的安全；在主动信息服务方面，我们采用流行的Agent技术实现用户的信息定制，并采用智能数据库信息发送技术实现了主动信息服务；在信息决策方面，我们提出了一个网页信息挖掘算法，并结合数据仓库、联机分析处理技术提出了一个信息决策结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,E_business is becoming the main style of the business affairs.The government is the important gather and pulisher of the social information,its application technology of information must be priority to the corporation.And the low level of application technology of the government information syetem should be a embarrass of the social information program.E_government is an information system that has some characteristics distinguishing itself to the others.It requires a high reliablity and security,but on the other way,it must be reachable of all the people.including the officer and the public.The key technologysof E_government are the information security,the rmation service type and the information decision.The aim of this thesis is to discuss the solvability of the E_government technology.ln information security,we build a new technology framework,and use the physics separate equipment to insure the system security.In information service type,we combine the agent technoligy and intelligence database technology to provider a new information pushed technology.ln information decision,we use the data mine technology.更多还原
