船舶供油单元三维可视化设计

【摘要】 在现代造船工业中,作为船舶动力部分的供油单元是整个船舶的重要组成部分。国内许多船舶制造企业,特别是中、小型企业对船舶供油单元的设计、制造仍处于二维设计水平。一方面因设计工作很不直观,容易导致设计错误,严重影响了设计质量;另一方面,在供油单元的制造过程中,油管长度无法预先确定,给生产管理带来困难,同时也会造成管材的浪费。 针对船舶供油单元设计、制造中的上述问题,本系统拟将工程设计可视化技术应用于船舶供油单元的设计,构造船舶供油单元的三维实体模型,建立三维标准件库,实现管路的自动、半自动连接,自动生成管路的二维和三维零件图,使得设计人员在设计阶段就可观察、评判单元的空间模型,直观地探讨空间布置的合理性和存在的问题,从而帮助决策的优化,提高企业竞争力。

【Abstract】 In modern shipping industry, the oil-feed unit, which provides power for ship, is an important component. Many manufacturing enterprises, especially the middle and small enterprise, still design and manufacture the oil-feed unit by 2D design. In one hand, because the design work isn’t visualized, the design quality isn’t easily assured and the design errors are easily caused. On the other hand, in the process of manufacturing oil-feed unit, the length of oil-pipe is unknown beforehand, thus the production is hardly managed, and the material is also wasted easily.For solving all these problems, through applying visualization technology of engineer design to the design of oil-feed unit, this paper constructs the entity model of oil-feed unit, establish the three-dimensional standard parts, implement the semi-automated and automated connect, and produce automatically the 2D or 3D part drawings. Using this system the designer can observe and evaluate the space model of the unit, discuss the feasibility of space layout and the probable errors, so that the decision can be optimized and the competition of enterprise can be improved greatly.
