网络化协同产品开发环境中的产品数据管理系统研究

【摘要】 信息技术的发展给制造业企业带来了新的机遇和挑战。在新的竞争环境中，现代制造企业结合成为动态联盟，实行联盟并行工程，以加速对市场的反应速度。动态企业联盟的产品开发过程是一个网络化的协同开发过程。 本文致力于建立一个支持网络化协同产品开发的、基于Web的分布式产品数据管理系统。 文中介绍了协同产品开发环境的体系结构和特点，分析了协同环境对产品数据管理系统的需求，在此基础上提出并建立了将各种功能结构以组件化服务模块实现的协同环境产品数据管理服务系统体系框架。然后采用面向对象方法对系统中的产品结构与配置管理服务、产品图文档管理服务和工作流与过程管理服务三个功能模块进行了详细的分析并建立了模块的对象结构。在上述研究的基础上，论文最后介绍了协同开发环境中产品数据管理系统的实现与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of information technology brings new opportunities and challenges to manufacturing enterprises. Facing this new competition, modern enterprises ally into virtual enterprises; carry out allied concurrent engineering in order to respond rapidly to the market. In a virtual enterprise, products are developed under the web-based cooperative development environment.This paper emphasizes on setting up a web-based, distributed product data management system, which can support cooperative product development.Based on the introduction of the structure and characteristic of a cooperative product development environment and the analysis on the special requirements of this environment to the PDM system, the architecture of a PDM system in the cooperative product development environment, in which each of the functional modules is realized as a service component, is set up hi this paper. Then three of the components, the product structure and configuration management service module, the product document management service module and the workflow management service module, are analyzed in detail. Their inner object structure is set up as well. Finally the realization and application of a PDM system founded according to the idea motioned above is introduced.更多还原
