高速高精度数字伺服系统研制

【摘要】 本文研究了一种以工控机作为控制计算机的高性能数字伺服系统。在该系统中,为了方便与外围设备接口,分别设计了一块外围接口卡和一块ISA总线扩展卡,并开发了该卡在Windows98下的驱动程序。详细阐述了在Windows98下利用虚拟设备驱动程序进行实时控制的方法。 我们生活在一个信息时代,Internet技术已经溶入到了各个方面,如何利用Internet实现控制系统的远程控制,本文在这方面做了有益尝试,实现了对伺服系统的远程控制。控制方式采用浏览器/服务器方式,用户可以通过通用浏览器对伺服系统进行远程控制,而不需要安装专门的软件。 为了实现较好的性能指标,本文给出了一种智能PID算法,用于伺服系统控制,克服常规PID算法的不足,取得良好效果。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a high performance digital servo-system based on an industrial control computer is studied. In order to connect to peripheral equipment, a periphery interface card and an ISA bus card is designed. Furthermore, after designing the drivers under Windows98 for the ISA bus card, the method to control in real time via VxD under Windows98 is expounded in detail.We are living in an information times, internet has entered all our aspects. In order to achieve the remote control of the control systems, the paper makes a good try, and successfully realize the remote control of the servo-system. The control style is browse/server. The servo-system will be well controlled in distance in virtue of general browser, and the special software is no need yet.Finally, a’kind of intelligent PID is given and put into use in the servo-system. Experiment results show that some shortcomings of routine PID can be well conquered and good perfomance can be achieved.
