汽车液压制动器现代设计方法研究

【摘要】 本文将参数化设计技术引入制动器设计领域,提出了基于工程设计与分析软件I-DEAS的制动器现代设计方法,完成了制动器参数化设计软件系统(ZDQCAD)的设计。本文在分析各种制动器结构的基础上,将制动器离散为多个组件,确定组件的基准参数和次基准参数,建立参数之间的关联关系;以集成软件I-DEAS为平台建立组件参数化图库;运用VB设计软件界面和接口;利用I-DEAS的分析功能对制动器受力件进行强度优化设计。 ZDQCAD软件系统根据设计要求确定制动器的结构形式,输入组件的详细结构参数,通过调用I-DEAS参数化图库中相应组件模型,显示该组件的三维实体图;实现了制动器设计从选型到总体结构参数的确定、选取组件、组件结构参数的确定、性能校核以及绘制三维图形的计算机辅助化过程,为提高制动器的设计质量和设计水平提供了良好设计平台。

【Abstract】 The parametric design technology was applied to the field of automobile brake design, the method of the modernistic design of automobile brakes based on I-DEAS was put forward and the software system of Automobile Brake Parametric Design (ZDQCAD) was achieved in this dissertation. The main contents are included as following: the structure of all sorts of brakes was analyzed, some parts as the base parts to assemble different kinds of brakes were screened out, key parameters or attaching parameters of the parts and relationship between them were determined, then those parts were parameterized to establish a parametric model database based on I-DEAS; software interfaces and interfaces statements were designed by Visual Basic; strength distribution of key parts was optimized by I-DEAS.In this ZDQCAD software system, structure style of brake was defined and structure parameters of parts were input according to the design desires and three-dimensions solid model of the parts were displayed by transferring the parametric models in parametric model database; the whole computer aided process of automobile brake design was realized such as selecting brake style, deciding structure parameters, selecting parts, deciding parameters of parts, checking computations of performance and drawing three-dimensions solid model; a good platform to improve the design of automobile brake was provided at last.
