【摘要】 本文在《深圳市“十五”及2015年现代物流业发展规划》的框架下，针对深圳市现有物流企业群体还难于承担起发展支柱产业重任的情况，从发挥区位优势，整合区域物流企业力量的思路出发，对深圳西部港区物流发展战略进行研究。本文从西部港区物流发展的战略环境分析入手，运用内外因素九方格模型和改进型的波士顿模型讨论西部港区物流业发展战略目标、经营领域、战略选择和战略重点，提出了优化西部港区物流企业、加强西部港区物流企业的行业协调和提供更合理的政策支持建议，力图解决涉及西部港区物流发展的带全局、长远和方向性的问题。 深圳西部港区物流发展目标是：构筑适应国际贸易需求的国际物流体系 ，时效性的区域运输服务体系和提供快速、准时、多样化服务的市域配送服务体系。 西部港区物流业的经营领域是：整车货运集散、国际货运集散、专项货运集散、准时货运集散等。 西部港区发展物流的战略是：扩张型物流战略，即：大力发展物流业，各物流企业应采取合并或兼并策略壮大和发展自己，积极发展与物流相关的业务。 西部港区物流战略的重点是：构建第三方物流企业，创建物流链管理系统。 本文认为西部港区物流业只要坚持适当的发展战略，紧紧抓住构建第三方物流企业，创建物流链管理系统的战略重点，选择适当的经营领域，采取适当的战略措施，运用适当的经营策略，西部港区物流企业就一定能担当起发展深圳支柱产业的重任。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the basis of Shenzhen city’s "shiwu"and 2015 modern logistics developing plan, Shenzhen’s logistic enterprises available can’t take the responsibility of supporting estate now. So I analyze the west port area strategic circumstances, use the nine check and Bostain model to make research of logistics strategic aims, operational field and so on, and at last I bring up the recommendation of strengthening west port logistics enterprise in order to solve the problem of long and directional problem.The aim of west port developing logistics: set up international logistics system which will give quick, in time and diverse service system.The operational field : whole instruments transportation international transportation, special transportation, and in time transportation and so on.The strategy of west port area: stretching strategy, that is : develop logistic enterprises, every company should merge or annex themselves and develop the relating business of logistics.The key point of logistic strategy: set up third party logistic enterprise and chain management system.I insist that as long as west port area persist in appropriate strategy, set up third party enterprise and chain management system ,and select suitable operational field, west port area is sure to bear the supporting enterprise responsibility.更多还原
