【摘要】 计算机网络的迅速发展，尤其是突飞猛进的因特网，结合了电脑技术与通讯技术之特点，以其信息量大，传输速度快，交互性强等优势，深刻地改变了信息传播和复制的途径和速度，它在给世界经济发展、文化传播带来前所未有的机遇的同时，也给世界各国相关法律尤其是知识产权法带来了巨大的冲击和深层次的变革，给知识产权保护的法律制度带来了时代性的新课题。这篇文章研究的是在网络环境下的知识产权保护问题。本文力图紧密结合网络发展现状，运用理论联系实际的方法，根据我国网络知识产权保护现状及存在问题，得出在我国保护网络知识产权具有现实的必要性和紧迫性，提出了完善我国网络知识产权保护的思考和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of computer network , especially the overwhelming developing Internet, which integrated the computer technology and the communication technology, with the advantages of tremendous amount information > extraordinary transmission speed and strong mutuality, deeply changes the speed and path of transmitting & copying information. It not only provides the world economic development and cultural dissemination with an unprecedented opportunity, but also brings the great impacts & deep level reforming to the relevant laws in different countries in the world, especially to the law of Intellectual Property, and it also submits an epochal challenge to people’s legislating the law of Intellectual Property protection. This article approaches that how to protect the Intellectual Property of Internet. By integrating theory with reality, rethinking the Chinese status and existing problems of Intellectual Property protection of Internet, we can draw a conclusion that it is necessary and urgent to protect Intellectual Property in China, and put forward the advice and thinks about protecting Intellectual Property of Internet perfectly in China.更多还原
