船舶电站集散控制系统中数字调速系统的研究

【摘要】 《船舶电站集散控制系统中的数字调速系统的研究》是交通部重点科技项目计划课题《船舶电站集散式控制系统的研究》中的子课题。通过对子课题的实践研究,形成了本论文。 本文详细地阐述了本数字调速器的设计思想和制作方法。通过对当前集散式控制系统发展的最新技术的实践研究,在定义了自己的网络传输协议的基础上,制作出上、下位机间的网络通讯接口。制作出自己开发的UNICOM.OCX控件,消除了Microsoft VB控件对串行数据传输只能是ACSII码的限制,提高了数据传输的效率。数字调速器的实验装置,采用了两维控制规则自修正模糊控制器进行调速工作,在一定程度上提高系统的响应速度和稳态性能。由于实验条件的限制,本实验系统在执行机构还有不完善的地方。

【Abstract】 The research on digital governor system of DCS-Based (Distributed Control System) ship-diesel generator set is a subproject of the research of ship DCS-based diesel generator set which is one of the Transport Ministry’s great scientific subjects. This article is written by means of the practical research of the subproject.In this paper the method of the design and fracture of a kind of digital governor is elaborated. By means of the practical research on the scene of the development of DCS, on basis of defined own network protocol, the communication interface between high-level and low-level computers is made. UNICOM. OCX control is developed. That breaks the limitation which Microsoft Visual Basic’s MSComm control is only used ASCII in the series data transmissions and improves the efficiency of data transmissions.The governor can work automatically adopting 2-dimension fuzzy control rule which can be adjusted by itself. In a sense, the echoing speed and stable character have been improved in the system. Because of the limitation of the experimental conditions, execution mechanism of the system can not be reached to the perfection.
